Pray For Me Lots Of Anxiety Constant Stress

My mother is the reason I have so much stress and anxiety; she constantly abuses me verbally. I can't take it anymore. Every time, the day will start great; we would talk, laugh, eat together, go out together, joke, and we would be happy. And all of a sudden, we would go home, and she would explode on me for no reason. I would ask her for help to do something, and she would start putting me down and not want to help me do a task. She then starts to cuss at me a lot. Please help; it has been going on for more than 20 years. I am no longer young; I am older and so weak. I have no energy with all the cussing and verbal abuse I have been given for over 20 years. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH; please help me.
