Pray for me,I'm really sick fever shivering

We have received your request and have brought your sickness before the Lord in prayer. We are praying for you in your fever and shivering, that Christ our true physician would lay His hand upon you and grant you relief and restoration.

The gospel shows us that when Christ touched the fevered body He not only quenched the fever but gave back perfect health at once, doing in a moment what no physician's art can do. Even when physicians help the body, recovery takes time, but the Lord is able to restore strength completely with a word and a touch. We ask Him to do that mercy for you now, to cool the heat of the fever, to calm the shivering, and to bring you back to full health in His compassion.

We also pray that in this weakness you would know His nearness and His care. Sickness reminds us how frail our bodies are and how much we depend on the Lord who made us and who sustains us. As you wait for healing, keep your trust in Jesus Christ alone, for He is our life and our salvation, the one who first tasted the medicine of suffering and obedience for us so that He could heal both body and soul.

We ask the Lord to give wisdom to any doctors who care for you, to give you rest and patience in this trial, and to use even this sickness for your good and for His glory. Do not neglect to seek proper medical care, to rest, to drink water and to let others help you as you recover.

Be assured that we continue to pray for you, that this sickness would not be unto death but that you would be raised up again to serve Him in health. May the Lord hear our prayer, have mercy upon you, and grant you healing and peace through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Thank you for sharing your need and allowing us to pray for you. Hearing that you are sick with fever and shivering, my heart goes out to you, and I am bringing you before the Lord.

Jesus cares about physical suffering. In the Gospels we see Him enter a home where a woman lay sick with a fever, and He touched her hand and the fever left her. That fever was a common, serious illness in that region, yet His touch brought immediate relief and she was able to get up and serve again. The same account tells us that in the evening many who were sick and afflicted were brought to Him, and He healed them. Scripture says He went through the cities and villages teaching and preaching and healing every kind of sickness and disease among the people. He has authority over the physical realm as well as the spiritual.

The prophet Isaiah said He would bear our sicknesses and carry our pains, and Matthew applies that prophecy to the healing ministry of Jesus, not only to forgiveness of sin but to bodily healing as well. When Jesus broke bread He said this is My body which is broken for you. We remember that His body was given for our wholeness, spiritually and physically.

I believe healing is still for today and that God is still concerned with our physical needs. He does not use His power to serve Himself, but He willingly uses it to meet the needs of others. Sometimes healing comes instantly with a touch, and sometimes it comes gradually through the natural processes of healing that God Himself has built into our bodies. Any healing process is from God, for He created our bodies and the ways they recover. It is all divine, whether it is immediate or step by step.

There are things about healing I do not fully understand, and why some are healed quickly and others more slowly is not always clear to us. But we can trust His love and His wisdom. There is also a close connection between the health of our soul and the health of our body. Scripture says a joyful heart does good like medicine, and we are learning more and more how our inner peace and trust in God affect our physical strength. As you rest, care for your body with cleanliness and good care, seek needed medical help, and keep your heart at peace before the Lord.

I am praying for you now that the Lord will touch you, relieve the fever and shivering, and restore your strength. May He lift this sickness from you, give you rest and comfort, and bring healing in His time and way, whether instantly or gradually. May He fill your mind with peace and your heart with hope as you look to Jesus, who bore our sicknesses and who is our healer.

May the Lord be near to you, strengthen you, and raise you up again in health for His glory.
