Pray For Me And My Husband

Dear Lord you know that my ex husband and I never divorced and its been 19 years since we have seperated. We joke every year on our anniversary that we made it to another one. We just had the toughest year of our lives dealing with the attack of our son Anthony. God strangely we have always been together for all holidays, family vactions, family events and many other things. He's been a great co-parent with the exceptions of his drinking. Lord I know he's working on this and is drinking less than in the past but he is not free from the habit. Lord God so much has happened. I dont think we know where we should be or belong. God I have never surrendered this situation to you. I now ask Lord and pray that your will be done with our lives and us. I know that he has never moved on. I never have either. We actually became a better couple and more united as friends and parents by seperating. My husband has always said that he loves me and shows it in his gestures. I have no doubt in my mind. God only you know why and what you are doing, and what should be. Lord I pray your will be done. Amen
