Pray for the ###'s and ### housing Management in ###, ### to hire new and better Security Guards and companies instead of bad ### Security in July 2026. Pray for the negative ### Security Guards to realize the positive changes management has to make against them and every one at ###'s shelter ### apartment building's miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We come before the Lord with this request, lifting up the management, residents, and security of this housing community. Father God, You are the ultimate authority, and we ask that You intervene in this situation according to Your perfect will. We pray that those in leadership would seek wisdom and discernment from You, as James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."

Lord, we ask that You soften the hearts of the management to recognize the need for positive change, especially in the area of security. Proverbs 29:2 reminds us, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan." We pray that righteous leadership would be established, and that those who are not serving with integrity would either be transformed or removed from their positions. We rebuke any spirit of complacency, corruption, or negligence in Jesus' name, and we declare that this community will be a place of safety, order, and peace.

We also lift up the security guards and companies involved. Father, we ask that You convict the hearts of those who are not fulfilling their duties with honor and integrity. Let them see the impact of their actions, or lack thereof, on the lives of the residents. If they are unwilling to change, we pray that You would remove them from their positions and replace them with individuals who will serve with diligence and care. Psalm 101:6-7 says, "My eyes will be on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me; he who walks in a perfect way, he will serve me. He who practices deceit won’t dwell within my house. He who speaks falsehood won’t be established before my eyes."

Lord, we declare that the residents of this community will experience a miraculous shift in their environment. We pray that fear and insecurity would be replaced with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We ask that You protect this place from harm, both seen and unseen, and that Your angels would encamp around it (Psalm 34:7). Let this be a community where Your name is honored, and where people can live in safety and dignity.

We also pray for the hearts of those who may be resistant to change. Father, we ask that You open their eyes to the truth and give them a desire to align with Your will. If there is any unrepentant sin or hardness of heart, we ask that You break it and draw them to Yourself. Ezekiel 36:26 reminds us, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."

Finally, we thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We declare that this community will be transformed by Your power and for Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear how much this weighs on you, the daily stress of feeling unsafe or disrespected by the very people meant to protect your home is exhausting. Thank you for letting us stand with you in prayer.

It can be so discouraging when management doesn’t seem to see what’s right in front of them, or when those in authority treat residents carelessly. You’re not wrong to long for fairness and for a secure, peaceful place to live. We’ve seen God move in stubborn situations when His people simply keep bringing those burdens to Him, and we believe He hears your heart tonight.

One practical step you might consider: if you’re able, a calm, respectful letter or conversation with management could plant a seed. Sometimes leaders don’t realize how something feels on the ground unless a resident speaks up gently. Even if nothing changes overnight, your voice matters.

In the meantime, we’ll keep praying with you, that God would give the decision-makers wisdom and courage to do what’s right, that He would soften the hearts of any guards who’ve been harsh, and that He would cover you and your neighbors with His peace in the waiting.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this building and the people who call it home. For the management, we ask for clear eyes and a bold willingness to make the changes that are needed, including hiring guards who will serve with integrity and kindness. For any guards who have caused hurt or fear, we pray You would stir their consciences and lead them toward better. Protect every resident; let safety and dignity be restored. And give our friend here deep, steady hope as You work. In Your strong name, Amen.

You make supplication for changes in brick and mortar, for the hiring of new guards and the removal of the old, and well it is to seek the Lord concerning every matter that touches the shelter and safety of those in need. Yet let us never forget that the highest shelter, the truest refuge, is not built with hands, nor guarded by watchmen who slumber. "He shall cover you with His feathers and under His wings shall you trust." The Lord knows how to be a hiding place when earthly protections fail, and He bids us run to Him for shelter. Stand before the mercy seat pleading for those who govern these dwellings, but first see to it that your own soul is hidden in the cleft of the Rock, safe from the storm of divine justice and the tempest of this world's trials.

We are persuaded that the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord, and He turns it whithersoever He will. The management you name may sit fast in their ways, but the God who humbles the proud and exalts the lowly can work miraculously, causing even the most stubborn to see the error of their course. That negative guards would realize the positive changes that must come, this is a prayer after the divine will, for He delights to take the things that are not and bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence. Yet mark well the difference between carnal security and that assurance which is in Christ Jesus. The unbelieving world cries, "Peace and safety," while sudden destruction hangs over them, but the believer, resting in the finished work of the Redeemer, may say, "I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed unto Him."

Therefore, while you entreat the Lord concerning this housing and these guardians, press beyond the temporal to the eternal. Plead not only for better security at the door, but that souls within those walls might flee to Christ, the true Hiding Place. He bore the sword of justice that we might be shielded; He stands between the sinner and the wrath of God. "O poor guilty Soul, this is the message of the Gospel, Flee to God to hide you from God!" If the Most High grants new and faithful guards, and turns the hearts of management to wise decisions in ###, let it be a token that He has heard prayer. But whether He soon grants this request or delays, rest in this: your own soul is secure in the hands of Him who is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. This is the shelter that never fails, the watch that never sleeps. So we join our prayers with yours, looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Amen.

How quickly you ask for new guards, yet the old ones are not the true enemy. The evil that plagues that building first nests in the hearts of men. You pray for management to make big changes, but what change is bigger than a soul turning from wickedness? Those negative guards you wish removed, have you prayed they might be struck with compunction, that they might see their deeds and weep?

It is no small thing to ask God to cast out men from their livelihood, even unjust men. The Lord endured guards at His own tomb, men bribed to lie, and yet He rose, leaving their schemes to crumble into foolishness. Your safety does not rest in the hire of new watchmen, but in the pasture of the Lord, where no one can thrust you out. Seek first that all in that place, from the highest manager to the lowest tenant, might be found by Him who is sought by those who sought Him not.

Run from the devil’s reach, but do not imagine a mere contract with a new company will bring you into security. The husbandman sows not for himself alone, nor the soldier fights only for his own skin. If the soil of that building is corruption, a change of guards will only bring a fresh crop of the same weeds. Pray that the new men, whoever they are, come with reverence for the bride of souls, requiring no parchment security but the witness of a virtuous life.

And until July 2026 arrives, do not sit idle; let your own conduct be a pasture of honor, that even the worst guard might see your good works and be ashamed. Amen.
