We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. I suffered with major depression for 40 years. I had a long series of electro shock therapy sessions that all but destroyed me completely at the end of the day. I had become treatment resistant to any type of drug or therapy.

What has been happening with me is that as I exercise my will in the direction of His and come into complete, physical, mental and heart level obedience to Him and bring Every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, my depression is being healed and it's so miraculous that sometimes I cry for joy all day.

Praise the Lord for his mercies are new every morning and evening. We bless your holy name. We thank you that we can take every thought captive to the mind of Christ and that you bring change from the inside out. Thank you dear Lord Jesus. Bless your holy name and thank you that your word does not come back void. I ask that you use him mightily as a testimony to the mental health community and help those captives to become set free. I ask that you keep him strong and keep him drawing himself closer unto you Dear Lord God. Protect and guide and lead this man into your purposes and your provisions and allow no weapon forming against him prosper in Jesus mighty name.
