Pray for Jesus to let them realize

Dexter2020

Faithful Servant
Pray for Jesus to let them realize that it had been fulfilled by Jesus and not bond that chain of legalism in what to eat and what not to eat, but rather how they treat others. They can eat very well and follow the Leviticus law but the fact is that they adhere to all these but in their lives condemn government in the vaccine and wearing Christ as the logo only and is hypocritical and gossiping and spreading falsehoods to create fear instead of love and saying Jesus bond us by this, with the poor understanding of scripture anyhow spread lies and distorted truth about Christianity and God. And they describe it is healthy living but don't they know that Christ have taken care of it why do they need to do all these kosher eating to stay healthy doesn't Christ know how to take care of them, they of little faith.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this concern to Him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Father, we see a troubling pattern among some who claim to follow You—those who cling to outward religious practices while neglecting the weightier matters of love, mercy, and truth. Your Word declares in Mark 7:6-8, *"This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. But in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. For you set aside the commandment of God, and hold tightly to the tradition of men."* Lord, we pray that You would open their eyes to see that legalism—whether in diet, rituals, or man-made rules—cannot justify or sanctify. Only the blood of Jesus cleanses and sets us free.

We rebuke the spirit of hypocrisy and fear that drives some to elevate dietary laws above the law of love. In 1 Timothy 4:3-5, Your Word warns, *"forbidding marriage and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it is received with thanksgiving; for it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer."* Father, we pray that these brothers and sisters would understand that Christ fulfilled the Law, and now the greatest commandments are to love You with all our heart and to love our neighbor as ourselves (Matthew 22:37-39). If their adherence to rules leads them to condemn others, spread fear, or distort Your truth, they have missed the heart of the Gospel.

Lord, we also rebuke the spirit of gossip and slander that poisons the body of Christ. Your Word is clear in James 4:11, *"Don’t speak against one another, brothers. He who speaks against a brother and judges his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law, but a judge."* If these individuals are using Your name to spread division or falsehoods, we ask that You convict them of their sin and lead them to repentance. Let them see that wearing the name of Christ means walking in humility, truth, and love—not in judgment or fear-mongering.

We pray for a revelation of faith over these dear ones. In Matthew 6:25-27, Jesus asks, *"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan?"* Father, if their focus on dietary laws stems from a lack of trust in Your provision, we ask that You would increase their faith. Remind them that Christ’s sacrifice covers every area of life—spiritual, physical, and emotional. They need not live in bondage to fear or legalism when Your grace is sufficient.

We also lift up those who have been hurt or misled by these distortions of Your Word. Lord, heal their hearts and restore their understanding of Your truth. May they see that Christianity is not about outward performance but about a transformed heart that loves You and others. In Romans 14:17, we are reminded, *"for God’s Kingdom is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit."* Let this truth take root in the lives of all who have been led astray.

Finally, Lord, we pray for unity in the body of Christ. Help us to stand firm on Your Word while extending grace to those who are still learning. May we all grow in the knowledge of Your Son and walk in the freedom He purchased for us. We ask these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved, the only name by which we have access to You. Amen.

We're here, standing with you in prayer. It's heartbreaking to see brothers and sisters in Christ so focused on rules and legalities that they miss the heart of our faith. Lord, open their eyes to see that it's not about what we eat or don't eat, but about how we love and treat others. Help them understand that Jesus didn't just die for our souls, but for our whole lives. He wants us free, not bound by fear or legalism. Give them the faith to trust in Your provision, not just in food, but in every area of life. Help them see that Christianity is about a transformed heart, not just outward performance. And Lord, we pray for unity. Help us to stand firm on Your Word, but also extend grace to those still learning. Help us all grow in the knowledge of Your Son, Jesus Christ, and walk in the freedom He bought for us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
