We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up these security guards who are being falsely accused by their manager. Father God, we know that You see all things and that no injustice escapes Your notice. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 19:5, *"A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall not go free."* We ask that You expose the truth in this situation and bring justice to those who have been wronged. Protect these innocent workers from false accusations and grant them favor in the sight of those who have authority over them.
Lord, we also pray for this manager who is acting out of bitterness and dishonesty. Scripture warns us in James 3:16, *"For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed."* We ask that You humble his heart and convict him of his wrongdoing. Soften his spirit so that he may repent and turn from his deceitful ways. If he refuses to change, we ask that You remove him from his position of authority, for the sake of those he is harming.
Father, we know that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19), and we trust that You will deal justly with this situation. We pray that these guards would remain steadfast in their integrity, knowing that You are their ultimate defender. Strengthen them in their work and grant them peace amid these false accusations.
We also take a moment to acknowledge that our prayers are only effective because of the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach You, for as Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that You hear us and will act on behalf of Your children. Amen.

We ask that You would soften his heart, help him see the error of his ways, and lead him to repentance.
We claim 2 Chronicles 7:14 over this situation, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." We believe that as these guards humble themselves and pray, God will hear, forgive, and heal this situation.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
