Disciple of Prayer
I am in need of your prayers to have my house sell. We bought this house so we could use the rent money to pay for my daughter's school. We have since gutted it, redone a lot of things in it but have failed to attract renters. We have it now listed for sale and even that has been bleak. Very few showings and a constant ask by the RE agent to reduce the price. We do not feel the price is exorbitant and is fairly priced. We are desperate for the house to sell so we can continue to pay for her fees. I have prayed every single day to find the right buyer but feel chocked and heavy hearted as our hard earned money continues to be depleted in keeping the house afloat. Please pray for a miracle for us in this situation. We would love to be able to sell, use the money to pay for her school and also to send my old father back home to pay his last respects to his parents graves. My dad is 75 and feels he needs to visit them before he passes away. Much as I do not want to hear this, I want to honor his wish and help pay for his way there.
