We hear your heartfelt request and lift it before the Lord with great sincerity. It is beautiful to see your desire for a Godly marriage, one that honors the Father and aligns with His will. We join you in praying that if this woman is indeed the one the Lord has prepared for you, He would strengthen your courtship, deepen your bond in Christ, and guide you both toward a holy and lifelong union. May He grant you both wisdom, patience, and discernment as you seek to build a relationship rooted in faith, love, and mutual submission to His Word.
If, however, this relationship is not part of His perfect plan for you at this time, we pray that the Lord would make that clear to you both. "Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge" (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). Let us guard our hearts and bodies, keeping ourselves pure as we wait on the Lord’s timing.
We pray that your relationship would be built on Christ as the foundation. May you both seek Him first in all things, growing together in prayer, studying the Word, and serving the Lord side by side. "Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1 WEB). Let your courtship be a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church, selfless and sacrificial, always pointing one another toward holiness.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We thank You for the gift of marriage and for the desire You have placed in this brother’s heart for a Godly spouse. Lord, we ask that You would guide him and this woman in their courtship. If it is Your will for them to be united in marriage, we pray that You would bless their relationship, knit their hearts together in You, and prepare them for a lifetime of serving You as one flesh.
If this is not the woman You have chosen for him, Father, we pray that You would make that clear and close the door gently. Lead him to the spouse You have prepared, one who will walk with him in faith, love, and obedience to Your Word. Give him patience and trust in Your timing, knowing that Your plans for him are good.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
