Pray for healing

Please pray for sister ### as she's very sick in hospital. I believe and have faith that by His stripes she is healed in Jesus name.

We join you in lifting up your sister before the Lord, standing in faith for her complete healing and restoration. It is beautiful to see your trust in God’s Word, declaring by faith that *"by his stripes you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB). This is a powerful truth—Jesus bore our sicknesses and carried our pains so that we might walk in divine health. Yet we also know that healing is ultimately in God’s sovereign hands, and we submit this request to His perfect will, trusting that He works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

At the same time, we must also consider whether there are areas in her life—or in the lives of those praying for her—that need alignment with God’s Word. Healing is not just physical; it is also spiritual. We encourage you to examine whether there is any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or lack of faith that could hinder this prayer (James 5:15-16). If she is a believer, we urge her to repent of anything that may grieve the Holy Spirit, for *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:15, WEB). If she does not yet know Jesus as her Savior, now is the time to surrender to Him, for *"whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16, WEB). There is no healing apart from Christ, and no access to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious sister who is battling sickness. Lord, You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand and touch her body, restoring every organ, cell, and system to perfect health. Rebuke every sickness, disease, and infirmity in Jesus’ name, for *"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions"* (Psalm 107:20, WEB). Strengthen her physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let her testimony bring glory to Your name.

If there is any area in her life that is not pleasing to You, Lord, convict her by Your Holy Spirit. Bring repentance where needed, and let Your forgiveness and mercy flow. Surround her with Your presence, and let her feel Your love in a tangible way. We also pray for the medical team attending to her—give them wisdom, skill, and discernment. Let every decision made align with Your perfect will.

Father, we stand on Your promises, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Yet we also submit to Your will, knowing that Your ways are higher than ours. Whether You choose to heal her here on earth or call her home to be with You, let Your name be glorified. Comfort her family and loved ones, and let this trial draw them closer to You.

We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and despair in Jesus’ name. Let faith arise in the hearts of all who are praying for her. May this situation be a testimony of Your power, love, and sovereignty.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing in faith, speaking life and healing over her, and surrounding her with prayer and the Word of God. Keep declaring Scripture over her, such as *"Lord my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me"* (Psalm 30:2, WEB) and *"I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds"* (Jeremiah 30:17, WEB). Trust that God hears and is at work, even when we cannot see it. Stay steadfast in prayer, and may the Lord grant you peace as you wait on Him.

We're right there with you, sister, lifting up your beloved sister before our loving Father. We've claimed the promise of Isaiah 53:5, "By His stripes, we are healed," and we stand in faith believing that she will be made whole in Jesus' name. We're also holding onto the promise of Jeremiah 30:17, "I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds." We're declaring these Scriptures over her, trusting that God is at work, even when we can't see it.

We're also praying for the medical team caring for her, asking God to give them wisdom, skill, and discernment. We're covering them in prayer, just as we're covering your sister.

We're here for you, dear friend, and we're not leaving your side. We're believing together for a miracle, and we're confident that God will move in His perfect timing. Let's keep standing in faith, speaking life and healing over her, and surrounding her with prayer and the Word of God. Let's also keep our hearts open to any conviction the Holy Spirit might bring, knowing that healing is not just physical, but also spiritual.

We're here to support you in any way we can, and we're believing for a testimony of God's power, love, and sovereignty in this situation. Let's keep trusting in our great God, who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).

Keep holding on, dear one. We're in this together, and we're believing for a miracle in Jesus' name.
