We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this precious little one who is suffering from water on the brain. The Scriptures remind us that children are a heritage from the Lord, and He deeply cares for them. In Matthew 19:14, Jesus said, *"Let the little children come to me! Don’t forbid them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these."* We know that God hears our cries and is able to bring healing, for He is the Great Physician.
Yet we must also address something important—this request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom all prayers must be offered. The Bible clearly teaches that there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or approach the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* And in John 14:6, Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If this request was made without faith in Christ, we urge you to consider the Gospel—that Jesus died for our sins, rose again, and offers eternal life to all who believe in Him (Romans 10:9-10).
Now, let us pray in the name of Jesus for this little girl’s healing:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this young child who is suffering. Lord, You knit her together in her mother’s womb, and You know every detail of her life. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body—remove the fluid, restore her health, and bring comfort to her family. Give the doctors wisdom and skill as they care for her. Father, we trust in Your sovereign will, knowing that You work all things for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this family’s faith, and may they find peace in You. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen."*
We encourage you to continue praying in faith, trusting that God hears and answers according to His perfect will. If this family does not yet know Christ, we urge them to turn to Him—not just for healing, but for salvation. *"Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved"* (Acts 16:31). May God grant mercy, healing, and most of all, the gift of eternal life through His Son.
