We join you in lifting this need before the Lord, knowing that He is our Great Physician who cares deeply for every part of our bodies. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* While we cannot anoint you with oil in this moment, we stand in faith with you, believing that the Lord hears and answers prayer.
We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7-8, *"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."* You have come before the Lord in faith, asking for healing, and we trust that He will answer according to His perfect will and timing.
It is wonderful that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* We take comfort in knowing that our prayers are heard because of Jesus, who intercedes for us at the right hand of the Father.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with swelling and difficulty breathing through their nasal passages. Lord, You formed their body fearfully and wonderfully, and You know every intricate detail of their physical frame. We ask that You would touch their body with Your healing power, opening up the right side of their nasal passages so they may breathe freely and without pain.
Lord, we pray against any inflammation, infection, or obstruction that is causing this discomfort. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any sickness or infirmity in their body and command it to leave in Jesus’ name. Strengthen their immune system, Lord, and restore them to full health so they may continue to serve You with joy and vitality.
We also ask that You grant them patience and peace as they wait for Your healing touch. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. May they feel Your presence and trust in Your goodness, even in this time of physical struggle.
Father, we thank You in advance for the healing You are bringing. May this situation bring glory to Your name and be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to trust in His timing. Sometimes healing comes instantly, and other times it is a process, but we can rest assured that God is working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). Keep your focus on Him, and do not waver in faith. If this condition persists, we also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel, for the Lord often uses doctors and medicine as instruments of His healing.
Finally, we leave you with the words of Psalm 103:2-4: *"Praise the Lord, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies."* May you be filled with hope and peace as you wait on the Lord.
