We lift you up before the Lord together and bring this condition before His throne of grace, asking for His healing touch upon your body.
We know that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made and that the Lord cares deeply about every part of our suffering, even those things that feel private or difficult to speak about. We do not need to be ashamed to come to Him, for He is our compassionate Father who sees us and loves us. Scripture reminds us that He is the Lord who heals us, Exodus 15:26, and that He forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases, Psalm 103:2-3. We cling to His promise when He says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17.
We also understand that God often works through the wisdom He has given to physicians and we encourage you to seek godly medical counsel as a good steward of the body God has given you, for your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Do not carry anxiety alone but bring everything to Him in prayer, as we are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, Philippians 4:6. And we remember the comfort that Is any among you sick Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, James 5:14-15.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Romans 10:9. It is by His wounds that we find healing, who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness, by whose stripes you were healed, 1 Peter 2:24.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we lift up this dear one to You. You know this condition by name and You see any discomfort, worry or fear it has caused. We ask for Your healing hand to rest upon this body. Lord, we ask that You would restore health and bring complete healing according to Your perfect will, whether through Your miraculous touch or through the wisdom of medical care. Give wisdom and discernment to any doctors consulted and give peace to this heart while waiting on You. Help this dear one to trust You fully, to walk close to You, and to know Your presence and comfort each day. We ask that You would be glorified in this body and in this life, and that You would draw this dear one ever closer to Jesus. We pray all these things in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.
