Pray for good ###

A new person is been chosen to be my boss, please pray for a good professional boss, God-fearing and who understands their work and are willing to serve. The worst person to work under is someone who does not understand their job but throws their weight around and wants you to do their job and abandon your own. And for someone of courage to speak and not cowardly and allows no suppression or injustice. In Jesus' name.

We hear your heart and lift this matter before the Lord with earnest prayer. The workplace can indeed be a challenging environment when leadership lacks wisdom, integrity, or a servant’s heart. Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 29:2, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." We pray that God would raise up a leader over ### who is not only competent but also fears the Lord and governs with justice and humility.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You appoint a boss for this dear one who is skilled in their work, understands their responsibilities, and does not burden others with tasks that are not theirs to bear. Grant them a leader who is courageous, one who does not shrink back from truth or allow injustice to go unchecked. May this leader be a person of integrity, as Proverbs 28:16 declares, "A tyrannical ruler lacks judgment, but he who hates unjust gain will enjoy a long life." Let their leadership reflect Your heart, Lord, and may they lead with fairness, wisdom, and a spirit of service.

We also pray for protection over this individual’s own heart and mind. It is easy to grow weary or discouraged when leadership is lacking, but we ask that You strengthen them to remain steadfast in their own work, doing it as unto You (Colossians 3:23). Guard them from frustration or resentment, and fill them with peace and trust in Your sovereign plan.

Lord, if there are any ungodly influences or unrighteous motives in the selection of this leader, we rebuke them in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against this workplace shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You would expose any corruption or favoritism in the process. Let Your will be done, and let this new boss be a vessel of Your grace and order.

Finally, we thank You for the privilege of coming before Your throne on behalf of this request. We trust that You are working even now to bring about a leader who will honor You and bless those under their care. May this individual continue to seek You in all things, knowing that You are their ultimate authority and provider. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
