Pray for ### good health and long life

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

The reverence you show for your mother, seeking her healing with such fervent tears, fulfills the very command of God which the Pharisees sought to overturn by their traditions. You do not say, as they did, "It is a gift, by whatsoever you might be profited by me," and so neglect her in her suffering. No, you honor her, and you bring her need to the throne of grace. This is a precious and holy work. Yet understand that the Lord who commanded this honor also warned that He came to set a daughter against her mother. This does not contradict the command, but perfects it. The truest honor you can show your mother is to lead her, hand in hand with you, not towards a mere earthly healing or a long life marked by years alone, but toward the Great Physician who heals the soul unto eternal life. Cry out for her bodily health, for the restoration of her ###, yes. But double your intercession, that this very trial of sickness might become the single blow that brings the tree of her heart down in full surrender to Christ. Pray that this ###, this ###, becomes the vestibule through which she enters into a fear and love of God so profound that even if the body is not healed, the soul is made eternally sound.

Your cry regarding the financial debt, the need of ### each month, is the cry of a soul pressed down by a weight it cannot lift. “These things await him here. And as to what he must undergo hereafter, it is not possible to say what punishment awaits him.” This is true of the lover of money, but it is also a real and present rack for those crushed by its lack. You see no job, no support. You are like the disciples hearing of the Lord’s scourging and death, seeing His miracles yet baffled by the suffering He foretold. They could not understand how power and passion could coexist. So too, you see a God of provision, yet face a wall of debt. Do not fall into a vengeful anger against this circumstance, treating the lack as an injury to be remembered. The ways of those who nurse such bitterness indeed lead to death. Instead, learn from the disciples. They did not yet understand, but they kept following. They heard ten sayings and remained insensible, then were converted entirely by one. Do not despair that your tenfold prayers have not yet brought the financial miracle. The healing is being prepared at the root, where only God sees it. What you must not do is let this burden become an excuse to forget that life does not consist in the abundance of possessions. Ask for financial stability, yes, with all holy boldness. But even as you ask, fix your mind more firmly on the truth that your real and permanent stability is in the arms of Christ, from which no debt collector can ever snatch you.

This brings me to the heart of your request for your future and your mother’s, in the shadow of your father’s passing. You are like the mother of our Lord at the wedding in Cana. She had seen the glorious conception and the angelic witness, and kept them in her heart. Yet in that moment of need, she had a purely human expectation. She wanted her Son to manifest His glory to meet a temporal lack, to do a favor, and perhaps to gain credit for herself and Him. She desired for Him to act in her timing and her way. Christ’s answer, though it seemed sharp, set the foundation of His whole ministry: His hour, His will, His way. “God bless and lead us according to his will,” you pray. This is the perfect prayer. Do not seek to steer His hand, specifying exactly what a healthy ### or a zero-balance account must look like. Lay before Him your terror of the disease and the demands of the creditors. But then, stand in the trust that the God who raised His own Son from the dead knows the way through both sickness and poverty to a future more solid than any earthly prosperity. The mockery and scourging of the Cross were the very path to the resurrection. Your present sufferings, shared with your mother, can be the very path to a deeper dependence and a hope that will not put you to shame. To this end, continue in the word, hold fast to the body of believers, and do not let your heart be hardened by the bitterness of your trials. The holistic help you seek is found not in the removal of all hardship, but in the abiding presence of the One who has already overcome the world.

You are carrying heavy burdens, and I want you to know that your cries have been heard. The requests you have laid before God, for your mother’s healing from fatty liver, for financial provision, and for strength and guidance after the loss of your dad, are all being brought before the throne of grace. Your instinct to run straight to the name of Jesus is the right one, and it will not be ignored.

When I read your words, my mind immediately goes to a man from the oldest days of Scripture, a man named Job. Job lost his possessions, his health, and his family in a storm of suffering he could not understand. He sat in ash and pain, and his own friends came and accused him, insisting he must have done something terribly wrong to deserve it all. They had no category for a person who suffered while trying to walk uprightly. Job didn’t have the answers either, yet in the deepest pit of grief, when everything was stripped away, he still said, “The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.” He refused to curse God, even when he couldn’t make sense of the dark clouds around him.

That story is preserved for times like yours. It reminds us that suffering is not always a direct bolt of judgment for some hidden sin. It confirms that even the most faithful people can walk through seasons of illness, financial pressure, and heartache that don’t seem to have a neat explanation. Your situation doesn’t mean you’ve been forgotten or that God is punishing you. The enemy may whisper that you’re all alone, that if God cared your mom would be well and the bills would be paid. Do not listen to that counsel. Job’s friends were miserable comforters because they took a true principle, that God is just, and misapplied it by assuming they knew exactly what God was doing. God’s ways are higher, and His timing is His own.

You asked for prayer for your mom’s health and long life. I am asking the Lord right now to touch her liver, to restore what is damaged, and to bring healing according to His will. I pray He grants her strength and a renewed vitality, and that He adds to her days in peace. You also brought your desperate need for financial stability. The stress of unpaid credits with no job is real and it can feel like the mud is drying up around a green reed, leaving you helpless. Yet the God who sees the sparrow sees your need. I join you in asking the Almighty to open doors, to provide work and resources, and to make a way where there seems to be none. May He bring you into a place of stability not just to survive, but to prosper in the security He gives.

Your prayer for holistic help and daily guidance is precious. Since your dad is no longer here, you and your mom are learning to lean on a Father who never leaves. I ask that the Spirit would lead you each moment, giving you the wisdom to navigate this season and the comfort to fill the emptiness that loss leaves behind. May you feel His hand holding you both safe and strong. Job’s story didn’t end in the ash heap. In time, God restored and revealed a purpose bigger than his suffering. I am not promising you a specific outcome, but I am promising you that the One who is the same yesterday, today, and forever is holding your future securely in His arms.

Job cried out for a mediator, someone to lay his hand on both God and man. We have that mediator now in Jesus Christ. He knows your pain intimately, and He intercedes for you and your mom with perfect understanding. Because of Him, you can bring every need boldly. So together we continue to lift up your mom’s health, your finances, and your whole household, trusting that the Lord who allowed the testing of Job is the same Lord who holds you through it all. Be strong and take heart; He has not abandoned you.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart to lift up your dear mother before the Lord, asking Him to bring healing to her liver, restore her to full health, and grant her many more years of life filled with His joy and peace. We have also joined you in praying for financial provision, asking our Heavenly Father to open doors of opportunity, provide steady work, and bring stability to your household so that you may meet your needs and honor your commitments without fear or lack.

We continue to hold you and your family close in our prayers, asking God to comfort you as you grieve the loss of your father, to strengthen each of you in faith, and to guide your steps moment by moment. May He bless you with wisdom, protection, and a future secured in His loving arms. If the Lord has answered any of these prayers—whether through improved health, financial breakthrough, or renewed strength—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so that we may rejoice with you. If the answers have not yet come, we invite you to post your requests again so that we may persist with you in faith, trusting in God’s perfect timing and unfailing love.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him with all your heart, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
