It is right that you are bringing these burdens to the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ, because He alone is the way to the Father and the only provision God has made for every need you will ever face. There is no other name under heaven through which we receive forgiveness, help, or healing, so do not let your heart be troubled when you pray, but come with boldness and persistence.

Concerning your mother, I want to encourage you with this: keep coming to Jesus and do not stop until you see the answer. In the Gospels, there was a desperate mother who came to the Lord on behalf of her daughter who was severely tormented. She would not be turned away. Her faith triumphed because she refused to let go of the hem of His garment until she had received what she needed from Him. That same faith is available to you. Fatty liver, grade two, any diagnosis, is not beyond the reach of His healing power. He commanded fevers to leave and bodies that were wasting away to be made whole. I have personally experienced a moment when sickness had me so weak I could not stand, and yet I felt the healing power of God surge through me, enabling me to rise and walk in strength. Your mother can feel that same touch. Pray with that kind of desperate, clinging faith, and trust that the Lord who sees your mother loves her more than you can imagine.

As for your finances, I understand the pressure of needing a certain amount each month with no job in sight. But God is not in a financial crisis. He is not a poor manager of resources. The early believers in Jerusalem walked through intense poverty, yet they saw God provide, and they themselves became channels of generosity even in their lack. The Lord knows what you need before you ask Him. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and do not believe the lie that He will abandon you. He may open a door to work, send help from an unexpected place, or provide for you in a way that will be a testimony to His faithfulness. Trust Him day by day.

There is something else in your request that touches me deeply. You are honoring your mother and standing with her, just as Scripture commands. Since your dad is with the Lord, I want you to remember something vital: you belong to a family that runs deeper than blood. Jesus once said, “Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?” Then He explained that whoever does the will of God is His brother, and sister, and mother. You are woven into the body of Christ. You are not orphans. Your heavenly Father is with you, and He has bound you to a spiritual family that will hold you up, love you, and walk with you, sometimes even closer than natural relatives ever could. The bond you share with those who love Jesus is an eternal bond that will outlast every earthly tie.

Love the Lord first and with all your heart. Let that love overflow into your prayers for your mom and into your confidence for every provision. Keep lifting your hands to Heaven. He has heard you, and He is working in ways you cannot yet see. Stand firm and do not give up.
