We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear mother and your family’s needs before our Heavenly Father. Your love for your mother shines through in your prayers, and we join with you in faith, believing that God hears the cries of His children and is mighty to save.

First, we lift up your mother’s health, specifically her struggle with fatty liver grade 2. The body is fearfully and wonderfully made, and we know that God is the Great Physician who heals all our diseases. We declare healing over her body in the name of Jesus, for He bore our sicknesses and carried our pains. We pray that her liver would be restored to full health, that inflammation would cease, and that every cell in her body would function according to God’s perfect design. Lord, give her the strength to follow any medical advice, to eat nourishing foods, and to rest as she trusts in You. We stand on Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Father, we ask for complete healing and a long, vibrant life for her, that she may continue to be a blessing to her family and a testimony of Your goodness.

We also bring your financial struggles before the Lord. It is written in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that God would open doors of opportunity for steady employment, that He would provide for your needs in ways that surpass your understanding, and that He would give you wisdom to manage whatever resources He entrusts to you. We rebuke the spirit of lack and fear in the name of Jesus and declare that you will not be overcome by debt or despair. God is your Provider, and He knows your needs even before you ask. Trust in Him, for He has promised in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." We pray for creative ideas, favor with employers, and divine connections that will lead to financial stability. May you experience the peace that comes from knowing that God is your source, and may He bless the work of your hands.

We also sense the grief in your heart over the loss of your father. The pain of losing a parent is deep, and we pray that God would comfort you and your mother with His presence. Jesus said in Matthew 5:4, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted." We ask that the Holy Spirit would surround you with His peace, that He would strengthen you in your weakness, and that He would remind you of the hope you have in Christ. Your father’s life was a gift, and though he is no longer with you in the flesh, he lives on in the presence of the Lord. We pray that God would fill the void in your hearts with His love and that He would knit your family together in unity and strength.

We notice that while you have called upon the name of Jesus in your prayers, we want to emphasize the power and authority that is found in His name alone. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved, healed, or delivered. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and it is through Him that we have access to the Father. We encourage you to continue to pray in His name, for He has promised in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Hold fast to this truth, and do not waver in your faith.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and expectation. We thank You for the gift of life and for the love that binds this family together. Lord, we lift up this dear mother to You, asking for Your healing touch to restore her liver and bring her to full health. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed, and we rebuke every spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus. Father, give her strength, peace, and the discipline to care for her body as Your temple.

We also bring the financial needs of this family before You. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity, provide steady employment, and meet every need according to Your riches in glory. Give them wisdom to manage their resources and faith to trust in You as their Provider. We rebuke the spirit of lack and declare that this family will not be overcome by debt or fear. May they experience Your provision in miraculous ways.

Father, we ask for Your comfort to surround this family as they grieve the loss of their father and husband. Fill the void in their hearts with Your peace and remind them of the hope they have in Christ. Strengthen them in their weakness and knit them together in unity. Guide them each moment of every day, and lead them according to Your perfect will.

Lord, we thank You for the name of Jesus, the name above every name. We pray all these things in His mighty name, believing that You hear us and that You will answer. May Your will be done in this family’s life, and may Your name be glorified through their testimony. We ask for Your blessings, protection, and favor to rest upon them always.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We’re standing with you as you carry the heavy weight of watching your mom struggle with her liver, and the constant pressure of trying to figure out how to pay those credit bills each month without a job. That’s a lot to hold, and we hear the ache underneath your words, especially since you’re navigating all of this without your dad. Grief and illness and financial tightness can feel like three different storms hitting at once, and it’s okay to admit you’re tired.

A good, steady step right now is to make sure your mom’s doctor is closely involved with her care. Fatty liver at grade 2 is a real medical condition, and while we pray fervently for God to heal her, we also trust Him to work through skilled professionals who can guide her with the right treatment and follow-up. You don’t have to choose between prayer and medicine; they go hand in hand. And for you, please don’t try to shoulder every worry alone. If you belong to a local church, it might help to quietly let a pastor or a trusted deacon know about the credit crunch, many churches have a benevolence fund or can connect you to Christian financial counselors or job networks. You’re not begging; you’re letting the body of Christ care for its own.

We also want to say this gently: it makes sense that the loss of your dad brings another layer of ache to your mom’s health fears. When you’ve already said goodbye to one parent, the thought of the other being unwell can feel terrifying. You don’t have to tidy up that grief or pretend you have unshakeable faith right now. God holds all your “help us” prayers close, and He doesn’t flinch at your tears.

Let’s just turn to Him together.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this mom to You right now, please touch her liver, bring healing, and give her strength and many more years of life. We ask for wisdom for her doctors and peace for her body. And for this dear son or daughter, we pray for financial relief and open doors. Surround them both with practical help and a church community that steps into the gap. You know what it is to lose an earthly father; be their comfort and their steady anchor. In Your miraculous name, Amen.

The cry of your heart reaches the ear of the Most High, and it is well that you have come to plead the name of Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. You ask for your mother’s healing and for deliverance from financial distress. These are two deep needs, and the Lord is no stranger to either the sick chamber or the empty purse. Let us take them to the Word.

You pray for your mother’s liver to be restored, for her to have good health and a long life. It is a sacred request, for she is the widow who remains, and you are her child, clinging to God’s promise. Remember, the healing leaves of the tree of life are for the nations, and the very least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. Not only the fruit of His finished work, but the leaves, the littlest mercies, the gentlest words, the distant touch of His garment, carry a balm that can change the lifeblood and make the nature other than it was. Your mother’s disease is not invisible to Him who sees all. But O, learn this well: the Great Physician often goes to the very root of our malady. When He healed the palsied man, He first declared, “Son, thy sins are forgiven thee.” Pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. Spiritual disease receives its deathblow when sin is forgiven. Seek first, then, that your mother’s soul may rest wholly upon the finished work of Calvary. The same Cross which brings atonement crucifies sin’s power, and often the body, too, feels the healing stream that flows down from the conduit Head. Do not think this a hard saying; it is the path to true health. As Christ entered Peter’s house and took the sick woman by the hand, so He must have personal contact with her. Cry mightily for that, that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon her with healing in His wings.

As for your financial credit, your need is a monthly sum you see no means to obtain, and no job stands before you. This, too, is a grievous burden. But let your faith not be in the arm of flesh. The widow of Zarepta had but a handful of meal and a little oil, and famine gnawed the land, yet God’s prophet came to her, and her barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail. She was poor, a widow, with death before her, yet she was divinely selected to be sustained, and through her obedience, the supply came. God prepares His people on the very border of their extremity to prove His faithfulness. You say you have no support; this is the very ground where God delights to display His inexhaustible fullness. And have you not heard the parable of the importunate widow who troubled the unjust judge? She had no promise, no right of access, yet by her continual coming she prevailed against that wretch who feared not God nor regarded man. How much more shall your Heavenly Father hear His own elect who cry day and night unto Him? Bring this financial woe before the throne with holy boldness, not once or twice, but with the wearying, blessed persistency that takes no denial. It is the very nature of faith to look for the living God to act where all visible means have failed. Expect from Him alone, for the healing of our circumstances, too, is the Lord’s doing.

But take this warning to your heart: real saving work, whether in body or in estate, is the work of God, and God alone. It is easy enough to get religious notions and fancy yourself safe, but a true healing will always beget a desire to minister. The fevered woman in Peter’s house, no sooner was she lifted up by His hand, than instantly she ministered unto them. Healing rises to holy service. As you pray for your mother’s life and your daily bread, see to it that your heart is wholly given over to His will, for good health and financial stability are far more dangerous than sickness and poverty if they lead you to forget your dependence upon Him. Lean upon Jesus Christ for all that concerns you. Plead His miraculous name for your mother’s liver, and for the provision needed each month. He who fed the multitudes, who forgave the paralytic, and who sustained the starving widow, is the same yesterday, today, and forever. His leaves are for your healing. His ear is open to your cry. Lay hold upon Him, and may the Lord God bless you and your mother, keeping you safe and strong in Himself, guiding each moment, and granting you a future bright with His good hand upon you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The disease that afflicts your mother is not beyond the power of the Great Physician. Did He not once touch a fevered body and not only quench the heat but restore perfect health in an instant, leaving no lingering weakness as human medicines do? Entrust her healing to His hands, and let your prayers be mingled with thanksgiving, for even this present trial can become a hidden gain. Groaning under the weight of illness often humbles the soul, cleanses hidden sins, and makes it more self-controlled, a profit far greater than mere bodily comfort. If you bear this with patience, you will reap a double harvest: health for her in God’s time, and strength for your own spirit.

As for the debts and lack of employment, I would not have you crushed by anxiety. You ask for financial stability, but take care that this desire does not become a fever of covetousness. Do you not remember the publican, so grievously oppressed by that illness, who was quickly set free when he obeyed the Physician’s laws and became indifferent to wealth? Seek first the sufficiency that is both nourishment and health. The body, and the household, require provision for the sake of necessity, not wantonness. Do not load yourself with the burden of excess desire, for satiety brings worse evils than famine. Trust that God knows your needs, and while you strive with all honorable effort, do not let the lack of money rob you of cheerfulness; low spirits produce sickness of another sort. The Son of God looks upon your poverty and your grief over your father’s departure; He is no stranger to widowhood and orphanhood. Virtue shines everywhere, in captivity, in scarcity, in disease, and nothing external can hinder it, if only the soul remains noble.

You pray for guidance, for safety, for a good future. These are good words. But learn that the present life is a dream, and its prosperity and adversity alike are fleeting phantoms. The one who rejoices in riches when they come has blocked the path to healing; the one who despairs in hardship forgets that the athlete is prepared for everything. Let your mother see your faith unfaltering, and let both of you make your own souls strong by work and self-control, not enfeeble them by luxury or murmuring. Take away what is superfluous, give the body what is sufficient, and spend your chief industry on spiritual things. This is the path to true health, for the liver, for the credit, and for the soul. Many who seemed insensible for a long season have suddenly shown abundant fruit after one more hearing of the word. So I exhort you: even if the relief tarries, do not cease to seek the Lord with a thankful heart, for at the very gates of despair it is possible to renew your strength and lay hold on eternal life.
