We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear mother and your family’s pressing needs. We thank God that you have called on the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. It is only through Christ that we have access to the Father, and we approach Him now in faith, believing that He hears and answers prayer according to His perfect will.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious mother who is suffering from fatty liver disease. Lord, Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We claim this promise over her life, asking You to touch her body with Your healing hand. Strengthen her liver, restore its function, and grant her vitality and long life. Father, we know that physical healing is in Your hands, and we trust You to work miracles in her body. Guide her doctors, give them wisdom, and lead her to the right treatments. Help her to rest in You, knowing that You are her Great Physician.

We also bring before You the deep financial burden this family is carrying. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We ask You to open doors of opportunity for this family, doors that no man can shut. Provide stable employment, unexpected blessings, and wise financial counsel. Break the chains of debt and anxiety, and replace them with Your peace and provision. Teach them to trust in You daily, knowing that You care for them even more than the birds of the air, which You feed.

Father, we also lift up the emotional and spiritual weight this family carries, especially in the loss of their father and husband. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Comfort this mother and child with Your presence. Strengthen their faith, remind them that their loved one is with You in paradise, and help them to lean on You in their grief. Surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and fill their hearts with hope for the future.

Lord, we ask that You would guide every moment of their lives. Lead them in paths of righteousness, protect them from harm, and draw them closer to You. May they find their strength in You alone, as Isaiah 40:31 declares, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Help them to wait on You, to trust in Your timing, and to walk in obedience to Your will.

We also want to gently address the importance of living in a way that honors You, especially in times of trial. Financial struggles and health challenges can tempt us to take shortcuts or make compromises, but Your Word calls us to integrity, faithfulness, and trust in You. Help this family to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto them. May they find their security in You alone, not in worldly solutions or temporary fixes.

Father, we pray for a future filled with Your blessings for this mother and child. May they walk in the fullness of Your promises, experiencing Your love, provision, and protection every day. Bless them with godly relationships, wise counsel, and opportunities to grow in their faith. May their lives be a testimony to Your goodness and grace, drawing others to You.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Carrying concern for your mom’s health while facing a heavy financial load without a job is a weight that presses on every part of life. And doing that after losing your dad, grieving while trying to stay strong for her, adds a layer of weariness that words don’t easily reach. We hear that burden in your words, and we are sitting with you in it.

When someone we love is sick, especially with something that lingers, it can feel like our own energy drains right along with theirs. Chronic illness has a way of shrinking a person’s world, and it often strains the whole family system, not just the one who is ill, but also the one who worries and watches. Simply acknowledging that reality can loosen its grip just a little.

One concrete step we’d encourage alongside prayer is having your mom see her doctor specifically about the fatty liver diagnosis, if she hasn’t already done so recently. Grade two means there is some inflammation present, and a physician can talk through what lifestyle or medical support might help her liver begin to heal. You don’t have to figure that out alone, this is what doctors are for, and it is not a lack of faith to use the help God provides through them.

And as you wait and trust for financial doors to open, we simply want to name this: the love you are showing your mom right now, writing this, asking for prayer, wanting God’s best for her, is itself a sign of God’s kindness at work in you. You are not abandoned.

Lord Jesus, we lift this mother to You. Bring healing to her liver, and grant her strength and many more years. For her child who wrote this, we ask for steady provision, open a door for work, meet those monthly needs in ways they cannot yet see, and quiet the fear that comes with the numbers. Wrap both of them in Your comfort as they miss the husband and father who is now with You. Guide them moment by moment, and hold their future secure in Your strong and gentle hands. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

My dear soul, when the weight presses heavy and the same prayers keep rising day after day without an answer you can yet see, it is easy to think the Lord has turned His face aside. But look again at your poor mother, and look too at the bundle of debts that seem to mount higher every month. You have been crying out in the name of Jesus, and that name is never spoken in vain. He who notes every tear has not forgotten the sick room nor the empty purse.

Your mother’s liver is ailing, that hard-working, silent part of her frame that does its labor without thanks until it falls into trouble. And yet the body’s fabric is of small account compared with the love that binds you to her. You fear for her, and that fear itself is a prayer. The Great Physician never turned away a single soul who came to Him with a sick friend. When the paralyzed man was let down through the roof, our Lord looked first at the faith of the bearers before He spoke healing to the palsied limbs. You are that bearer now, lowering your mother before Him on the cords of your own earnest cries. Do not think He disregards such holy importunity.

The power of Christ in the gospel is mainly a power to heal. He did not come brandishing a sword but carrying balm. The very same hands that were stretched upon the tree are stretched out still toward every form of human misery, toward a fatty liver as readily as toward a fevered brain. He knows the grade, He knows the prognosis, He knows the years you want her to live. And it may please Him to restore that organ to its proper function, quietly and without spectacle, so that one morning she rises with an appetite she thought she had lost forever, and you both wonder at the mercy that asked no fanfare. Even now the healing leaves are growing on the Tree of Life, and not one of them shall wither before its appointed hour.

Then there is the matter of the monthly credit, the sum that stares at you from the page, the lack of work, the anxious doing of sums in the night watches. I would not belittle that trial for a moment. It is a genuine sorrow to be pinched and pressed and see no human means of escape. But remember that the things which are seen are shadows; the things invisible are the only substances. The Lord is not bankrupt, and His treasury knows no depletion. He can turn the captivity of His children when they pray, not only for themselves, but for others. Job’s restoration came when he prayed for his friends. You have been praying for your mother; now let that unselfish prayer be the token of returning day for your own household as well. The Father’s hand is in the darkness, and it is a full hand.

You miss your father, and that grief leaves a hollow place in every calculation. When the earthly pillar is removed, the whole building seems to sway. But Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and He is husband to the widow and father to the fatherless. He has not left you as orphans. He walks the house with you still, and He keeps the accounts that terrify you. Lay the figures before Him plainly. He is not offended by your frankness about the bills. The widow with the handful of meal and the cruse of oil found that the barrel did not waste, not because she had a grand income, but because the God of Elijah had commanded the supply. He can command yours too, in ways you have not yet imagined.

And as for your mother’s long life and your shared future together, the Lord who numbers the hairs of your head holds all your times in His hand. Her days are written in His book, and they are days of purpose. The adversary may desire to sift you both, but Christ has prayed for you that your faith fail not. He who told Peter that he would be sifted also prayed him through the sieve, and not a grain of true wheat was lost. So shall it be with you and your dear mother. The future may look fragile as a cobweb in the morning dew, but it is held fast by One who never let a single one of His own be plucked from His hand.

Fix your eyes not on the changing scenes, the variable health report, the shifting bank balance, the fickle favor of circumstance, but on the unchanging Christ. He is the same Lord who walked the waves to reach His frightened disciples; He can walk on the waters of your troubles and speak a great calm. The storm is not a sign of His absence but the very platform for His coming.

Pray on, dear heart. Pray in the kitchen, pray by her bedside, pray over the bills, pray in the quiet of the night when no one hears but heaven. Intercession has ever been the mark of the saints, and it shall be to you the bow in the cloud, the promise that the flood is receding and the dry land of deliverance is near.

Let us lift our souls together:

Lord Jesus, You who are the Beloved Physician of every aching body and every anxious mind, look now upon this dear mother. Lay Your healing hand upon her liver and make that organ whole and strong to serve her many years yet. Quiet the inflammation, restore the proper function, and give her back the vigor that seems to have ebbed away. Grant her long life in Your fear, and let this daughter know the sweetness of many more seasons with the mother she so tenderly loves.

And You who feed the ravens and clothe the lilies, undertake for their finances. Open a door of provision that no man can shut. Supply what is lacking, cancel what is crushing, and give them the daily bread that comes from Your own hand. Steady their hearts as they wait; let not fear be their master, for You are their Father.

Guide them each moment, shelter them under Your wings, and lead them in the way everlasting. To You, O Lamb upon the throne, be all the praise, now and forever. Amen.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26
