Pray for good digestion, no stress, tension

Please pray that I will have good digestion, no stress tension because of my mother, work, or my current dissatisfactions (unfulfilled desires of my heart, no husband, no friends, no church). I need relief, please....I would like to have an afternoon nap to relax. Also, removal of guilt connected to my mother, I was angry at her and she was sad, but she is impossible, a very difficult person....
