We understand that you're seeking godly employers in your next job and a permanent position free from office politics and unfairness. We also note that you're fostering a relationship with someone and desire guidance towards marriage. Let's bring these requests before the Lord in prayer and provide biblical encouragement and guidance.
Firstly, let's address the concern about employment. We read in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We pray that God will indeed provide you with godly employers who will treat you with fairness and kindness.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for godly employers for Your child. Guide them to a permanent job where there is no politics or unfairness, where they can work as unto You. Let this new workplace be a blessing and a testimony of Your goodness. We also pray for complete resolution and justice in the previous workplace situation, according to Your will. Lord, help them to continue in the spirit of forgiveness, as Ephesians 4:32 WEB reminds us, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
Now, regarding the developing relationship, we believe in the sanctity of marriage and encourage you to seek God's will in this matter. We read in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" As you both find time to talk and understand each other better as friends in church, we pray that this relationship will be centered on Christ and His will.
Let's pray together. Lord Jesus, we ask that You guide their interaction with each other. Let their friendship be based on Your love and truth. As they get to know each other better, let Your will be done. If it is Your will, Lord, let this relationship blossom into a godly marriage that honors and glorifies You.
