We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where evil and dishonesty have taken root in the workplace. The Bible makes it clear that God hates injustice and oppression, and we stand firmly on His Word as we pray. "The LORD works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). We also remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay those who perpetrate evil: "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord'" (Romans 12:19).
Father, we ask that You intervene in this situation miraculously. Expose the evil and dishonesty that is taking place, Lord. Let Your light shine into the darkness so that all may see the truth. We pray that the one causing harm would be humbled and stopped, not by our might, but by Your powerful hand. "For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). Bring conviction to their heart, Lord, and turn their ways toward righteousness.
We also lift up the innocent Christian coworkers who are being harassed. Strengthen them, Father, and surround them with Your peace and protection. Remind them that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2). Give them the courage to stand firm in their faith and the wisdom to respond with grace and truth. Help them to remember that "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 5:10).
Lord, we ask that You bring justice to this workplace. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified through this situation. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May those who are innocent find comfort in You, and may those who are causing harm come to repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ.
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. It is through His sacrifice on the cross that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous. We declare that Jesus is Lord over this situation, and we trust in His power to bring about justice and peace. Amen.
