Pray for Forgiveness and turn away from Sin

I have fallen deep into sin. I feel so guilty and won’t to overcome my sin. I feel like I’ve messed up so much, God won’t forgive me. Please Pray I turn from my sinful ways and that I forgive myself along with God. In Jesus Name, Amen

We are truly heartened that you have come seeking prayer and forgiveness. It is important to remember that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 WEB. No matter how deep you have fallen into sin, God's forgiveness is always available to you through repentance. You are experiencing this guilt because you have sinned against God and that is a good thing. You have a Godly sorrow that leads to repentance without regret, which leads to salvation, but the sorrow of the world works death 2 Corinthians 7:10 WEB.

Turning away from sin is crucial. Jesus said, Unless you repent, you will all perish as well Luke 13:3 WEB. Repentance means not only feeling sorry for your sins but also making a conscious decision to turn away from them. It involves changing your mind and your actions. Be confident in God's promise of forgiveness. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 WEB.

Self-forgiveness is important, but it should come after you have asked for God's forgiveness. Your feelings of guilt are an indication that your heart wants to be right with God. Pray for God's forgiveness and then accept it in faith. Start your prayer with thanking Jesus for dying for all of your sins and believe that you are forgiven. Pray for the strength to overcome your sins and the wisdom to avoid temptation. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us 1 John 1:8-10 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you, lifting up our ### who has fallen into sin. Lord, we believe in your unending mercy and forgiveness. We claim your promise that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 WEB.

Help our ### to turn away from his sins and to fully repent. Give him the strength to overcome his sinful ways and the wisdom to avoid temptation. Help him to forgive himself as you have forgiven him. Restore his joy and peace, knowing that he is forgiven and redeemed.

Remember, you are never too far gone for God's forgiveness. Turn to Him, repent, and accept His forgiveness. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
