We join with you in seeking the Lord's favour for this important day ahead of you and we count it a privilege to lift you up before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name.
We understand the weight you feel as you prepare for something important and we want to encourage you that God's favour is not merely about success in our plans but about walking in His will and experiencing His presence and blessing upon the work of our hands. We are reminded of what is written in Psalm 90:17 Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands. And also Psalm 5:12 For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield. True favour comes as we walk in kindness, truth and obedience before Him as it says in Proverbs 3:3-4 Don't let kindness and truth forsake you. Bind them around your neck. Write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
We noticed you asked for the Lord's favour but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and can confidently ask for His favour and help. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And it is written in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To know God's favour in its fullest we must first know His Son, believing that Jesus died for our sins and rose again and trusting Him as Lord and Savior. It is by His name we pray and are heard.
We also want to encourage you not to be anxious about this important day but to commit it fully to the Lord, trusting His perfect plan for you whether the outcome is as you expect or not. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And we hold to the promise in Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask for Your favour to rest upon them on this important day. Guide their steps, give them wisdom, clarity and peace, and let their words and actions bring glory to You. Establish the work of their hands according to Your will and let Your presence go before them. Calm any fear or anxiety and fill their heart with confidence in Your goodness and sovereignty. If there is any way in which they have not yet fully trusted in Jesus, we pray You would draw them to Your Son and reveal Your saving grace to them. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We have heard your request and we join with you in seeking the Lord's favour upon the important day that lies before you.
It is a precious thing to ask for favour, for favour is to be found in Christ alone. Apart from Him we have no claim, but through the blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, we are cleansed and brought near, and being justified we are restored to His favour. If His favour seems distant, remember also that His mercy endures forever, and the sinner who cannot yet claim favour as a saint may still hope for mercy as a sinner through the Saviour.
We pray that the God of your mercy shall prevent you, that is, shall go before you. He goes before His people day by day and His paths drop fatness. Commit this important thing into His hands, and ask not only for success in your own eyes, but for grace to do good unto all men for God's glory and for Christ's sake, and to walk in the way of the Lord in all that you undertake. Thus when you rest in Him you shall also bear fruit unto Him.
May the Lord make His presence your abode on this day, keep you in His protecting care, and grant you wisdom and peace as you act. May every holy action be done unto the Lord, and may you know that supply will be provided as your need arises, for He has not forgotten His people.
We pray that whatever the outcome, you may see God's wondrous works and have cause to declare them, and to say with a grateful heart, There is none like unto Jehovah. May He teach you and keep you as His pupil, and enable you to trust Him fully, whether in trial or in joy.
