My mother's half sister passed away last week. Her name was ###. Pray for her daughter ### and son ### as well as her sister ### for God to give them support emotionally and psychologically. The daughter ### was very close to her mother. Me and my mother are not able to attend the funeral. The funeral is today it's happening now they are at the reception now. Pray that God gives support to everyone there.

We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up ### and the entire family in this time of profound loss. Lord, we ask for Your comforting presence to surround them as they mourn the passing of ###. Your Word tells us in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We claim this promise over ###, her mother, ###, ###, and ###.
Father, we pray especially for ###, who was very close to her mother. Comfort her in a way that only You can, Lord. May Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). For ### and ###, we ask for emotional and psychological support. Strengthen them, O God, as they navigate this difficult time.
Lord, we also lift up those attending the funeral and reception. Though ### and her mother cannot be there physically, we ask that Your presence be felt strongly among all who are gathered. May Your Spirit move mightily to bring comfort, peace, and even joy in the midst of sorrow. Let the memory of ### be a blessing and a testimony of Your grace and love.
In this time of grief, may the family find solace in Your promises. "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away" (Revelation 21:4).
