Dear Lord my heavenly father, I pray for your assistance and blessings over my family and I. Please heal the terrible flu everyone is experiencing in the family. It has been so difficult to look after the unwell 1-year-old while we are all feeling weak. Lord, please grant us the energy and strength to fight this battle. Amen Lord, I also pray that you will pour your wisdom upon me so I write the research summary to carry out meaningful discussions with my professor. Lord, I also pray that his heart is softened and can see my passion through our discussion. Lord, please grant me time and wisdom to write my dissertation. I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen. Lord, I pray for continuous positivity in job hunting for both my husband and I. The market has been tough and it is challenging when both of us hunt for jobs at the same time. We trust you will draw the right opportunities for us and provide financial support in the meantime. Lastly, I want to pray for the mental health of my husband. He had been doing really well at his job in the past few years, but unfortunately, his company is closing down due to unwise management. He loved his research work and they produced so many wonderful discoveries. I pray his talents and skills will be used in his new position. Please keep him energised while job hunting. Please pour wisdom upon me so I can be supportive as well. I pray all in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Lastly, we pray for your husband's mental health and trust that God will use his talents and skills in a new position. The company closing down has nothing to do with your husband's talent. It is unfortunate the company will be closing down but you must keep praying for a new position that will give him good spiritual growth. May God grant him energy and wisdom as he seeks new opportunities, and may He guide you in supporting your husband through this time. Have him study the book of Romans for a better understanding of God's promises and extending the kingdom of heaven. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
