Pray for D and that D comes back to this site. We thought that D had a heart of gold. She helped so many! But most of all, pray that D would ask for forgiveness from those that she hurt.
Father, I pray for those who have been hurt by others, that they would begin to see the manifold love that you have for them. We come to you as sinners, but in your grace we become the children of God, and the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus and in that place of sonship, we come to know that it is love that covers the multitude of sins. It is love that gives, and not expecting anything in return.
Praise the Lord that D helped many people, now it's our turn to pray for her that she might come to know the full extent of the love of God that He has for her. It's not about condemnation, but about forgiving. One can only forgive another, when they realize how much they have been forgiven. It's not about taking offense or being hurt, but recognizing that we are all called to be loved and to show forth that love, whether or not someone asks us to forgive them or not...it's about love. When we recognize the love that God has for us, to us, it doesn't matter what people say or do, we should not be hurt by someone else, who is hurting. That is an offense the devil wants us to take on, and in that taking on, gets our eyes off of Jesus and onto ourselves.
Father, I thank you for your love for D and I ask that you would pour out abundance of mercy and grace over her life and to reveal your love for her. Thank you, in Jesus name. Amen.
