We hear your deep frustration and pain over the mistreatment you’ve witnessed, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice and righteousness in this situation. The Bible is clear that arrogance, slander, and disrespect are not pleasing to the Lord, and we join you in praying for humility and repentance for those who have acted unjustly.
Scripture tells us in Proverbs 16:18, *"Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall."* And in James 4:6, *"But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.'"*
We also recognize the importance of treating all people with dignity, as every person is made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). Disrespect toward coworkers—whether male or female—is contrary to the love and mutual honor that should characterize believers (Romans 12:10).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach You. Lord, we lift up those who have acted in arrogance, slander, and disrespect. We ask that You would soften their hearts, break their pride, and lead them to true repentance. Father, we pray that You would open their eyes to see their actions through Your truth and that they would turn from their ways and walk in humility.
We also pray for the innocent coworkers who have been mistreated. Lord, bring healing to their hearts, restore their dignity, and let them see Your justice in this situation. May they respond with grace, entrusting their cause to You, the righteous Judge (1 Peter 2:23).
Father, we ask that You would bring unity, respect, and godly order to this workplace. Let Your love and truth prevail, and may those who have been wronged find peace in You. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will vindicate the righteous.
