We understand that you're seeking a sound mind, peace, and freedom from anxiety and hypochondriac thoughts. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ to grant you a mind stayed on Him and His purity.
Let's remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-8 (WEB):
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
We can take comfort in the promise of Isaiah 26:3 (WEB):
You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks a sound mind and peace. Lord, we ask that You guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to fix their thoughts on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. Grant them Your perfect peace, as they keep their mind stayed on You. Rebuke any spirit of anxiety or hypochondria, and help them to trust in You completely. Lord, bless them and may they live in the fullness of Your grace, love, and power.
