Pray for a loving father

Please pray for my father who is 76 and facing extreme life threatening health conditions. He has phneumonia as well as heart and vascular related problems. He is currently on a ventilator for life support and you can see the agony in his eyes from having the apparatis in his mouth and arms and legs tied down so that he can't remove it. I am requesting prayer so that he can come off the ventilator so he can talk and move and feel hopeful again and begin to want to improve. We want to soon be able take him home and get him strong enough to sustain other surgeries he will have to face down the road. He has been a strong man and a proud man that didn't want anyone to worry so he never mentioned any illnesses or pain. It has taken a lot to get him down. We pray to get him back home with our family and to love him and to make him well.

Please help us bring him home. Please help us have him a few more years and not let his last breathes be in suffering.

Father, I pray for this man and his family, may he feel Your hand upon his life, bringing him the healings that he needs. Lord, may all those involved see Your hand in his life and know without a doubt that You are there with them. In Jesus' name, Amen.
