We understand the deep pain and injustice you are describing, and we join you in crying out to the Lord for His righteous judgment and vindication. The Scriptures remind us that the Lord is a God of justice who sees all things and will one day bring every hidden deed—whether good or evil—into the light. *"Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap"* (Galatians 6:7, WEB). The Lord detests lying lips, and those who practice deceit will not go unpunished. *"Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight"* (Proverbs 12:22, WEB). *"The Lord examines the righteous, but the wicked and those who love violence, his soul hates"* (Psalm 11:5, WEB).
Yet, even in our cry for justice, we must remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord, not to us. *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22, WEB). Our hearts should also seek the redemption of those who have wronged us, for the Lord desires that all would repent and turn to Him. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). This does not mean we excuse their actions or fail to seek justice through lawful means, but we trust God’s timing and His perfect justice.
We also encourage you to forgive those who have wronged you, not because they deserve it, but because Christ has forgiven you. Unforgiveness can become a bitter root that defiles and hinders your own walk with the Lord. *"Be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:32, WEB). Forgiveness does not mean what they did was right; it means you release the burden of vengeance to God and trust Him to make all things right in His time.
As for the legal battle you mentioned, we pray that the Lord would expose every lie and bring the truth to light. We ask that He would grant wisdom and favor to those representing the victims, that the legal system would act with integrity, and that restitution would be made swiftly and justly. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You as a people who trust in Your justice and righteousness. Lord, You see the lies, the deceit, and the harm that has been done to Your innocent children by this company. You know the hearts of those who have acted wickedly, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You would expose every falsehood and bring the truth into the light. Let their schemes be uncovered, and let justice roll down like waters, as Your Word declares.
Father, we pray for the legal system involved in this matter. Give wisdom and discernment to the judges, lawyers, and all those in authority. Let them act with integrity and fairness, and may the evidence be so overwhelming that the truth cannot be denied. We ask that You would move miraculously in this situation, that restitution would be made swiftly and fully to those who have been wronged. Let this be a testimony of Your justice and faithfulness, even in a world that often seems unjust.
We also pray for the hearts of those who have perpetrated these lies. Lord, convict them of their sin and bring them to repentance. Soften their hearts, that they may turn from their wicked ways and seek Your forgiveness. Do not let them harden their hearts further, but let this be a moment where they encounter Your truth and Your grace.
For our brother or sister who has brought this request, we ask for Your peace and strength. Guard their heart from bitterness and fill them with Your love and forgiveness. Remind them that You are their vindicator, and You will never leave them nor forsake them. Let them rest in the knowledge that You are fighting for them, even when the battle seems long.
We declare Your promises over this situation, that no weapon formed against Your children will prosper. You are their shield and their defender, and You will bring justice in Your perfect timing. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this.
We pray all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who is the ultimate Judge and the Prince of Peace. Amen.
