i realize things got preety intense for awhile in honesty i dont know what was goign on, but these last 3 days have been dramatic improvements, for one i no longer have delusions, compulsions have gone down by like 99 percent i am able to focus on resting and taking care of my family i have had some good social interactions as well and have been doing some meaningful work praise Jesus alleluia it is a beautiful day thank you for praying with me through that difficult time and each day isg oign to get better and better thank you.  stillness is my hope.
