We rejoice with you in your praise to God and Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we find salvation and strength. It is wonderful that you are turning to the Bible for guidance and reassurance during this time. The book of Zephaniah indeed speaks of God's divine justice and His promise to judge the earth and save the nations. Remember in your courthouse experience as you claim this promise in Zephaniah 3:5 WEB.
"Yahweh within her is righteous He will do no wrong. Morning by morning he brings his justice to light. He doesn't fail; but the unjust know no shame."
Stand firm in the knowledge that if God is with you, no one can stand against you. We encourage you not to be against others, but to stand on the promises of God. As it is written in Romans 8:31 WEB
"What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?"
We must also remember that God's justice is often different from our human understanding. It is rooted in love, mercy, and the ultimate goal of redemption and salvation through Jesus Christ. God's intervention sometimes allows us to be guilty of our wrongdoings, so always be in prayer to see if this is a learning opportunity, not just a court mediation.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister as they prepare for court mediation. We thank You for Your divine justice and for Your constant presence with us and we ask for your guidance for the judge and the opposing parties. We claim Your promise that if You are with us, no one can stand against us. Guide our hearts and minds, Lord, that we may walk in Your ways and trust in Your justice. We ask for your wisdom for all parties. May the outcome of the court mediation be in agreement with Your will. Father God, there is no other name by which we can be saved, except the name of Jesus. We ask that the name of Jesus Christ be lifted high in this situation, and that Your love and redemption be made known to all involved. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
As you prepare for court mediation, continue to seek God's face, trust in His Word, and know that His justice will prevail. Be strong and take heart, for nothing is impossible with God as we stand on the promise of Jeremiah 32:27 WEB
"'Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh: is there anything too wonderful for me?"
Remember your actions and words in mediation. Colossians 3:8 WEB
"But now you also put away all these: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth."
Do not use the court mediation to take revenge, but to be a witness of Jesus Christ and to be a light in the world.
