MSC Prayers

Humble Servant of All
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray with me and for me. May God's Will Be Done in the lives of everyone who we pray for and pray with and pray about. After more than ### years of ignorantly and intentionally avoiding to listen to God, to seek His Guidance, to Worship Him, and such, I nearly died as the result of me making a very foolish decision to lose weight by fasting and to only reduce my alcohol intake instead of stopping my drinking while I was fasting. I'm alive today, By The Grace of God! My decision, while outright 'Stupid' and foolish, Provided God with an Open Door to get my attention and Draw me back into Fellowship with Him. The fact that I'm not only alive, but that I'm back in Fellowship with HIm is an absolute miracle. God Is Great! I don't know what else to say other than spend time in prayer, more often than not..... Remember people whom you knew years ago, recently, that you see and don't know, and pray for those who come to mind. May God's Will Be Done in the lives of everyone we directly and indirectly pray for. Hallelujah! Glory To God! Praise The Lord! I ask this in Jesus' Precious and Holy Name. Amen.

We rejoice with you and give thanks to God for His mercy and grace in sparing your life and drawing you back into fellowship with Him. What you describe is indeed a miracle of His loving kindness. It is of Yahweh's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn't fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23

We praise God with you for His forgiveness and healing, for He is the One who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction. Psalm 103:2-4 We also rejoice that after many years of avoiding the Lord, you have heard His voice and returned. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. James 4:8 Your testimony shows how God can use even our foolish choices to get our attention, and we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

We must also lovingly speak truth about what you shared, because we care for your spiritual and physical well being. To knowingly avoid listening to God, seeking His guidance and worshiping Him is to walk away from the very source of life, and scripture warns us not to harden our hearts when we hear His voice. Your decision to fast while continuing to drink alcohol was indeed unwise and dangerous to the body God has given you as His temple. The word of God is clear, Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit. Ephesians 5:18 and Wine is a mocker and beer is a brawler. Whoever is led astray by them is not wise. Proverbs 20:1 Alcohol impairs judgment and harms the body, and to fast in that condition dishonors God and puts life at risk. We encourage you to turn completely from that path and pursue sobriety and wisdom, presenting your body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God. If alcohol has had a hold on you, we encourage you to seek accountability with godly counsel and pastoral support and to walk in the freedom Christ gives, for where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

We are encouraged by your desire to pray continually and to intercede for others, even those you knew years ago or those you pass without knowing. This is the heart of God. We are called to pray without ceasing. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 and to bear one another's burdens in prayer, trusting that God's will be done. We join you in asking that His will be done in the lives of everyone we directly and indirectly lift up, that many more would be drawn from darkness into fellowship with Him.

We thank you for asking in the precious and holy name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 Your acknowledgment of Jesus is the foundation of this restored fellowship, and we pray you will continue to abide in Him daily through His word, prayer, and worship.

We pray together with you now. Father in heaven, we thank You for Your great mercy in sparing our brother's life and for Your faithful love that pursued him even when he was far from You. We praise You for the miracle of his life and for restoring him to fellowship with You through Jesus Christ. We ask for Your continued healing upon his body and mind, for strength to walk in complete sobriety and wisdom, and for a deep hunger for Your word and Your presence. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit and keep him close to You all the days of his life. We also lift up every person he brings before You in prayer, those known and unknown, that Your will would be done in each life, that the lost would be saved, the hurting healed, and the wandering drawn home. Help us all to remain faithful in prayer and to worship You in spirit and truth. We ask all this in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We rejoice with you over God's mercy in sparing your life and drawing you back into fellowship with Him. To hear you describe being alive today as a miracle, and to hear your heart to pray for others God brings to mind, is truly encouraging. Thank you for sharing this testimony with us.

We love that you want to make prayer for others a regular part of your days. That kind of gratitude tends to settle and steady us, reminding us we are not alone and that God is still at work.

Coming back into fellowship after a long time away and after such a frightening health scare can feel like being on a mountaintop, and the days after can feel very different. We have found it helps to think of growing with God as training over time rather than trying hard in a moment, small steady steps that build strength. For many, staying connected in regular fellowship makes that possible, whether through a local church, a small group that studies Scripture and prays together, or a trusted pastor who knows your story.

Since you went through such a serious physical crisis, we encourage you to stay in touch with your doctor for ongoing care for your health, alongside prayer, and to let a pastor walk with you as you take next steps with alcohol and with rebuilding daily rhythms of prayer and Scripture.

Father, thank You for Your grace that preserved our brother and welcomed him home to You. Keep him close, give him wisdom and strength for each day, guard his health, and deepen his joy in walking with You. Lead him to steady fellowship and guide his prayers for others according to Your will. In Jesus' name, amen.

We give thanks with you for the great mercy of God which has spared your life and drawn you back into fellowship with Himself. To be kept from death when foolishness had brought you near to the pit, and then to be restored to communion with the Lord, is indeed a double deliverance, and it is of free grace only. You rightly say, God is great, for He has found a ransom and He has brought you forth, not by your own wisdom or strength, but by His own hand.

Your words speak of repentance, and we pray that yours may be that true repentance unto life which is the gift of God and is preached in the name of Jesus. There is a repentance that is only of the flesh, washed and brushed for a time, but leaving the heart unrenewed. True repentance gives God glory, it looks out of self to Christ and to Christ only, it weeps over sin because of the love of Christ which has pardoned it, and it turns from present sin because of the love of God who died for us. You may know it by this, that it yields works meet for repentance and it lasts, for repentance lives as long as faith. It is not a bitter operation to be gotten through once, but sweet company for the whole pilgrimage, keeping the soul tender toward so holy and so good a God.

We rejoice also that you speak of being drawn back into fellowship. Fellowship with Jesus is not a luxury for red letter days, but the necessary provision of every day. When fellowship is active, sin lies dormant, and joy is restored, as David prayed, Restore unto me the joy of Your salvation. He who has saved you will keep you as you abide in conscious communion with Him, thinking of His wounds, triumphing in His finished work, and longing for His presence.

We will pray with you and for you as you have asked.

O Lord our God, we bless You for Your longsuffering and Your delivering grace shown to this dear soul. We thank You that when death was near, Your mercy struck the hour of deliverance, and that You have opened the door to renewed fellowship through the blood of Your Son. Grant true and abiding repentance that gives You all glory, and full and free remission of sins in Jesus name. Restore the joy of Your salvation and keep this life in daily, vital fellowship with Christ the Head. Make it practical and lasting, purging dead works and filling the heart with living works. Let Your will be done in this life and in the lives of all who are remembered in prayer, whether known years ago or seen but yesterday, and draw many more by Your Spirit to seek Your guidance and to worship You. Keep this Your child watchful and wise in body and soul, walking in holiness before You. In the precious and holy name of Jesus we ask it, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

May the love of the Father and Son abound in our hearts more and more. Since we were called put of the world. To walk through fire and deep water. Since becoming a handicap. Since becoming disabled. Am running out of work and money. Beliving in God for a miracle. I might lose my van and my ability to drive soon. Only Lord Yeshuas name. Lord told me to stay here at pop a lock so I am.

We thank God with you for His great mercy in sparing your life and drawing you back into fellowship with Him. Your testimony gives glory to God alone, for it is by His grace that you are alive and restored, and we rejoice to hear your desire to seek His guidance and to worship Him again.

What you describe shows both the danger of a foolish choice and the long suffering of God. He does not immediately bring punishment, but forbears in His mercy to call us to repentance and amendment. That delay is not to be taken lightly, but to be used to gather the fruit of a changed life. As Scripture teaches, godly sorrow works repentance unto salvation, a repentance that brings no regret. It is good that you now see the folly of what was done and grieve for the years of not listening to Him. That sorrow, when it is according to God, leads to healing.

Take comfort from how abundantly God forgives when we turn to Him with a genuine purpose of heart. Paul himself was a blasphemer and persecutor, yet God showed him mercy and counted him faithful, so that in him the greatness of divine kindness might be seen. Manasses also had filled his life with countless offenses, yet by repentance and consideration he washed them away. So it is with you. None of what God now enjoins is too heavy to bear if the heart is sincere. He has taught us to pray to Him as Father and to ask for forgiveness, showing that even after we have fallen, the way of repentance remains open through Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation.

Therefore do not sleep after the stain, but continue always washing away pollution by repentance, by tears, by prayers, and by works of mercy. Make full use of this time God has given you for full deliverance. Restrain what harms the body and the soul, and walk in sobriety and self control, honoring God with your body. Seek Him daily in His Word, in prayer, and in the fellowship of His people, and learn contempt for what would again lead you away from Him.

We join you in prayer as you asked. We pray that God's will be done in your life and in the lives of all those you remember before Him, those you knew years ago and those you see each day. May He keep you in His grace, strengthen you to continue in repentance and faith, establish you in worship and obedience, and use your renewed life as a witness to His unspeakable mercy. May He also bring to your mind those for whom you should intercede, and make your prayers a ground of joy for others as well.

We will continue to pray for you, that the Lord who began this good work in you will keep you steadfast until the end, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
