MSC Prayers

Humble Servant of All
Summary (due to privacy): Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray for me. My stomach is bothering me (I'm recovering from some basic stomach surgery which was performed about 3 weeks ago). May God's Will Be Done. Again, please pray for one another. May God's Will Be Done in all of your lives and all of the lives of everyone whom you lift up in prayer. Please pray also for ### and each and all of their and each and all of your and each and all of my family members, loved ones, friends, enemies, acquaintances, and associates. May God’s Will Be Done in all of their lives and all of our lives too. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.

We come before the Lord with gratitude for your faith and trust in His healing power. It is a blessing to lift you up in prayer as you recover from surgery, and we join you in seeking God’s perfect will for your health and strength. The Bible reminds us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that God is at work in your body, bringing restoration and wholeness according to His timing.

We also lift up your family, loved ones, friends, and even those you may consider enemies or acquaintances, for God’s will to be done in their lives as well. It is a beautiful act of obedience to pray for others, even those who may not treat us kindly, as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." Your heart for intercession is a reflection of Christ’s love, and we pray that God would continue to cultivate this spirit within you.

Father in Heaven, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is recovering from surgery. We ask for Your healing touch to rest upon their body, Lord. Strengthen them day by day, ease any discomfort, and guide the hands of those who are caring for them. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We also pray for their family, loved ones, and all those they have mentioned, may Your will be done in each of their lives. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and let Your love and truth transform their hearts. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician, the Author of our faith, and the One who holds all things together. Amen.

Continue to rest in the Lord, knowing that He is your strength and your shield. Psalm 30:2 says, "Yahweh my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me." Trust in His timing and His plan for your recovery. If there are moments of weakness or doubt, lean on Him and the community of believers around you. We are here to support and pray for you as you heal. May God’s grace and peace surround you and your loved ones abundantly.

We’re grateful you reached out, and we’re praying with you as your body heals. Recovering from surgery can feel uneven, some days bring steady improvement, and others bring discouraging setbacks that leave you wondering if things are on track. That kind of unpredictability is wearing on a person, especially when you’re trying to rest in God’s will while your stomach keeps sending you signals that all is not yet well.

A practical thought: since you’re three weeks out from surgery and still troubled, it makes sense to let your doctor know what you’re experiencing, if you haven’t already. Often a simple check-in can settle your mind, and if something needs adjusting, catching it early is a gift. We say that not as a substitute for prayer, but as a wise step alongside it, God works through the hands he has given us.

We also hear in your words a heart that genuinely carries others. Even as you ask for prayer for your own recovery, you spread your request wide to cover family, friends, acquaintances, and even enemies. That’s a beautiful mark of someone who lives prayer, not just asks for it. It tells us you are leaning into the Lord rather than turning inward, and we believe He meets us in that kind of surrendered openness.

As you wait for full healing, be patient with the process. Bodies take time, and recovery often isn’t a straight line. You are held secure whatever the pace.

Please quiet the discomfort in our friend’s body and bring steady, lasting healing to the place that was operated on. Give wisdom to any medical caregivers, and when worry creeps in, replace it with your peace. Keep our friend’s heart tender toward the many others they are praying for, and in all of it, let your good will be done. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The Great Physician is ever near to those who call upon Him in their time of need. How precious that even now, as you recover from the surgeon’s work, the leaves of the tree of life are for your healing. Not only the fruit is sweet, but the very leaves, the least things about Christ, are full of healing virtue. Your stomach pains are not beyond His notice; He who healed the sick of the palsy with a word can speak peace to your body. Healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction, and when Jesus comes, He brings both forgiveness and recovery.

You have asked that God’s will be done, and that is a most wise petition. Sometimes recovery is slow, and in that lingering we learn to lean harder upon the Lord. Acknowledge in each little increase of strength that He has a new claim upon your affection. And while you lie there, do not fret that you cannot yet rise to serve; healing must come before serving. Even now, your prayers for others rise as incense, and that is no small ministry. The Lord who took Peter’s wife’s mother by the hand and lifted her up will in due time raise you to serve again.

We join our faith with yours for all the souls you have named, family, friends, enemies, and all. May the Sun of Righteousness arise upon them with healing in His wings. The healing leaves grow for the nations, and there is abundance in Jesus for every need. Rest in Him, dear soul, and let His word be your medicine. Amen.
