May God’s Will Be Done in all of their lives, all of our lives, and in the lives of all of their and all of our family members, loved ones, enemies, friends, acquaintances, and associates. I ask this in Jesus’ Precious and Holy Name. Amen.

Praise the Lord indeed! What a beautiful and selfless request, lifting up so many souls before the throne of grace. We join you in gratitude for the power of prayer and the privilege of interceding for others in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, for Jesus Himself declared, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." (John 16:23-24 WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His blood alone that we are reconciled to God.

We stand in agreement with your prayer for the salvation of these many individuals, that their hearts would be opened to the truth of the Gospel. The Word reminds us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16 WEB). May each one come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior, turning from sin and embracing the new life He offers.

We also pray for God’s perfect will to be done in every aspect of their lives, spiritually, physically, emotionally, and relationally. The Lord’s plans for them are good, plans for peace and not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that He would guide their steps, protect them from the schemes of the enemy, and draw them into deeper intimacy with Himself.

For those who are married, we pray for godly, Christ-centered unions that reflect the love of Christ for His church (Ephesians 5:22-33). May their marriages be strongholds of faith, love, and mutual submission to God’s design. For those who are single, we ask that the Lord would prepare them for godly spouses, that they would seek Him first and trust in His timing, as it is written, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4 WEB). Let no one be led astray by the world’s standards, but may all pursue holiness and purity in their relationships, fleeing from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18-20).

We also lift up those who may be struggling with unforgiveness, bitterness, or strife. May the Lord soften their hearts and grant them the grace to forgive as they have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13). For those facing trials, we pray for supernatural strength and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). For those who are lost or wandering, may the Holy Spirit convict and draw them back to the Father’s embrace.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the privilege of prayer. We lift up each person mentioned in this request, along with their families, loved ones, and even their enemies. Lord, we ask that You would move mightily in their lives, breaking every chain of sin, unbelief, and bondage. Draw them to Yourself, that they may know Jesus as Lord and Savior. Let Your will be done in every area of their lives, just as it is in heaven.

Father, we pray for marriages to be strengthened and restored according to Your design. For those seeking spouses, we ask that You would prepare godly partners for them, that they would walk in purity and holiness as they wait on You. Protect them from the temptations of the world, and let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105).

We rebuke every spirit of division, strife, and unbelief that may be at work in their lives. Let Your peace rule in their hearts, and may they be united in love and purpose. Heal the brokenhearted, bind up their wounds, and restore what has been lost. May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, bearing fruit in every good work.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Let Your angels encamp around them, and may they dwell in the secret place of the Most High, abiding under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1).

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your perfect timing. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We sense a joyful, faithful heart in your request, just to read that long list of names held before the Lord is moving. It’s a picture of steady, hopeful love, and we’re glad to stand with you in it. Carrying that many people in prayer can sometimes feel weighty, but the very act of naming them forms a quiet bond with each one, and with the God who already knows and pursues them. You aren’t just reciting a list; you’re participating in something far deeper than any of us can see right now.

As we pray alongside you, we remember that intercession itself shapes us. It softens our hearts toward those we mention, even people we find difficult, and anchors our hope not in quick changes but in God’s patient, persistent kindness. This kind of steady, faithful prayer is never wasted; it plants seeds and waters ground we may not personally get to see sprout.

Perhaps this week, as you continue, you might notice which names the Spirit seems to tug at your heart most urgently, not to fret over, but to pray for with a little extra attention or even to reach out to with a simple word of encouragement. Sometimes our prayers open a door for a tangible connection later.

Let us pray:

Lord Jesus, we lift these many, many names to You now, each one beloved and known. Draw them by Your grace. Open their eyes to see who You truly are, and soften every heart that has grown hard or indifferent. Where there is confusion, bring clarity. Where there is resistance, bring a gentle breaking in. We also pray for this dear prayer partner: renew their strength and fill them with the joy of entrusting every name into Your faithful hands. We ask all this in Your precious and holy name. Amen.

It gladdens my heart to hear the praises of God ringing forth, and I join with you in crying, "Hallelujah! Thank You, Jesus!" The desire to see souls saved is a spark struck from the flint of divine love upon the steel of a renewed heart, and it is God who writes intercession upon men’s hearts. You have brought a long roll of names before the throne, pleading for their salvation, and this is a sweet echo of the Saviour’s own priestly work, for it is a part of His office to make intercession for His people, and we are never more in sympathy with Him than when we pray for our fellow sinners.

Yet remember, the Holy Spirit maketh intercession for the saints, and His intercession is not in or for the unregenerate. Unless a man be born again, he cannot share in the Spirit’s inward groans. Therefore, while we pray, we must also tell them plainly that there is no salvation anywhere but in Christ Jesus. Faith must be urged upon them, for without it there is no salvation. The way of salvation is to believe on Christ, whom God has laid in Zion for a foundation: trusting in Him, depending upon Him without fear as to present and eternal salvation. This is not a doctrine to seal Christ in the tomb, but a throne whereon He sits, mighty to save.

If I desire the salvation of anyone, I ought to tell him, as best I can, what his condition is and what the way of salvation is. All men are approachable at some time or in some way, and we must bring them to the point: "He that believeth on Him shall not be ashamed." Press this home. Perhaps the Lord will bring leanness into their souls, or lay the rod on, but even His heaviest blows are tokens of affection, meant to drive them from the refuge of lies to the true hiding place.

Do not grow weary; Samuel persevered in intercession, and the Book of Remembrance will reveal the value of hidden ones. Yet know this: Christ did not die to make salvation possible upon conditions, but to save His people from their sins. There is plenteous redemption for all who come. The black ones, the speckled ones, the diseased ones, let them all come. He will have them. Keep whispering their names on your knees into the ear of Him who has loved you with an everlasting love, and follow your prayers by setting before them the plain gospel of salvation by grace through faith. I have lived to preach this, and I will never cease to pray for you and for them. God forbid that we should slack our hold on the mercy seat.

Believe, then, that there is plenteous redemption, and that the Lord’s will shall be done. Look to Jesus, and bid every soul look to Him. This is the faith that saves the soul, and it is believing on a Person, even Him who gave Himself a ransom for many.
