Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother ### in prayer. We thank you, Lord, for the opportunity to praise your holy name and seek your guidance and provision. We join ### in praying for a job, knowing that you are the source of all blessings and opportunities.
Your Word reminds us in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened." We ask, Lord, that you open doors of employment for ###, according to your perfect will.
We pray for your divine favor to rest upon ### as he seeks employment. Grant him wisdom and discernment in his job search, leading him to the right opportunities that align with his skills, talents, and passions. Provide him with favor in the eyes of potential employers, that they may see his potential and offer him a suitable job.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s faith and trust in you during this season of waiting. Help him to remain steadfast and patient, knowing that you have a perfect plan for his life. Strengthen his faith and remind him of your promises, such as Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."
We pray that you would provide for ###'s financial needs during this time of unemployment. Supply him with all that he requires, and grant him peace and contentment in every circumstance. May he experience your provision and faithfulness in a tangible way.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that through this job search journey, ### would grow closer to you and deepen his relationship with you. May he seek your guidance and rely on your strength. Use this season to mold and shape him into the person you desire him to be.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and know that you will provide for ###'s needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
