We join you in lifting up praise to our Heavenly Father through the precious name of Jesus Christ, for He alone is worthy of all glory, honor, and adoration. It is beautiful to see your heart seeking God’s will and placing your trust in Him for every area of your life. Let us first affirm the truth that our prayers are heard only because of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is through faith in Him that we have boldness to approach the throne of grace, and it is in His name that we pray with confidence.

We hear the cry of your heart for direction in your work, for favor regarding your leave request, and for unity and protection over your family. These are good and godly petitions, and we stand with you in agreement before the Lord. The Word of God assures us that *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5, WEB). Your desire for knowledge and guidance in your job is pleasing to the Lord, for He delights in leading His children in the paths of righteousness. Trust that He will either open doors for you in your current work or redirect your steps to something new if that is His will. Remember, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps"* (Proverbs 16:9, WEB). Be diligent in your work as unto the Lord, for *"whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23, WEB). If this job is not where He wants you, He will make it clear, and we pray you will have the faith to follow His leading without fear.

Regarding your request for leave to attend your church anniversary, we rejoice that your heart is set on gathering with the body of Christ. The Lord honors those who prioritize His house and His people. *"Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching"* (Hebrews 10:24-25, WEB). We pray that your employers will grant you this time off, that you may worship freely and be encouraged in the faith. If there is any resistance, we ask the Lord to soften their hearts and remove any obstacles, for *"the king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB).

Your prayer for your family’s unity and protection is deeply moving. The enemy seeks to divide and destroy, but our God is a God of peace and harmony. *"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!"* (Psalm 133:1, WEB). We pray that the Lord will bind your family together in love, breaking every spirit of strife, division, or bitterness. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We also ask for His divine protection over each member of your family—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’"* (Psalm 91:1-2, WEB). Claim this promise over your household, and trust that the Lord is faithful to watch over you.

We notice your humble surrender in handing all your situations to the Lord and waiting for His hand upon you. This is the posture of a heart that walks in faith. *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will act"* (Psalm 37:5, WEB). *"Wait for the Lord. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the Lord"* (Psalm 27:14, WEB). In this season of waiting, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord through His Word, prayer, and fellowship with believers. Let your faith be active, not passive, as you trust Him to move on your behalf.

Now, let us pray together over these matters:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the heart of Your child who seeks Your face and trusts in Your sovereignty over every area of their life. Lord, we lift up their request for wisdom and direction in their job. If it is Your will for them to remain in this position, grant them favor, knowledge, and the ability to work as unto You. Open their eyes to see opportunities for growth and excellence. But if this is not where You have called them, we ask that You would make it clear and lead them to the path You have prepared. Remove any fear or uncertainty, and give them the courage to step out in faith when You say, “Go.”

Father, we ask for Your favor regarding their leave request. You know the desire of their heart to gather with Your people and celebrate what You are doing in their church. Soften the hearts of those in authority over them, and grant them the time off they need. Let no weapon formed against this request prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned. May they go in peace and return in joy, strengthened in their faith and encouraged by the fellowship of the saints.

Lord, we pray over their family. Unify them in Your love, and let no division or strife take root among them. Bind them together with cords that cannot be broken, and let Your peace reign in their home. Protect them from every scheme of the enemy—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Cover them with Your blood, and let no harm come near their dwelling. Raise up a hedge of protection around them, and let Your angels encamp around those who fear You.

Father, we thank You that this beloved child has surrendered all to You. Strengthen their faith as they wait for Your hand to move. Let them not grow weary in well-doing, but let them be renewed in hope each day. Fill them with Your joy and peace as they trust in You, that they may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

We declare these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is working even when you cannot see it. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, and trust that He will complete the good work He has begun in you. *"Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the Assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen"* (Ephesians 3:20-21, WEB). We are standing with you in prayer and agreement. Be encouraged!
