We are with you in spirit, lifting your situation up to our Heavenly Father. We are thankful that you have attended the interview and trust that God has a purpose in every experience you go through. Remember, God's ways are not our own and he knows what is best for us.
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in calling on the name of Jesus. It is only in His name that we are saved and have access to approach God. God's word says that if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God has raised him from the dead, we will be saved. For it is with our heart that we believe and are justified, and it is with our mouth that we profess our faith and are saved. As Scripture says, "Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame." For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile, for the same Lord is Lord of all, and richly blesses all who call on him, for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

Let us pray for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father, in Jesus' name
We come before You, lifting up this brother who is seeking Your will for his life. We know Your plans for him are of good and not evil and that You planned to give him hope and a future. We know that he has not been selected for a job, but that does not discourage us. We believe in your will done in his life.
Lord, we ask that You guide him to the job that You have stored for him. We pray for strength needed during this waiting period, for patience, for wisdom, and for understanding. We trust that You are able to provide him with a job that will serve Your purpose and will be a blessing to him and to others. Thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer.
In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, And nourishment to your bones.
Proverbs 3:5-8 WEB
As you wait on the Lord, meditate on His word, and trust in His timing. He is faithful, and He will direct your steps. Keep praying and keep seeking His face. He will make a way where there seems to be no way.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
