We join you in lifting up praise to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ! It is beautiful to see your heart surrendered to His will, trusting Him with your future and seeking His guidance in this decision. You are absolutely right to place this in His hands, for His ways are higher than ours, and He knows what is best for us even when we cannot see it.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is not just a suggestion but a promise—when we trust Him fully, He directs our steps. You are already walking in obedience by seeking His will, and we commend you for that.
It’s understandable to feel uncertain when faced with a decision like this. A lower salary can be a practical concern, but a positive work environment is also a blessing, as it can protect your peace and allow you to serve with joy. Remember what Jesus teaches in Matthew 6:31-33: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. If this job is His will for you, He will provide a way for you to manage financially. If it is not, He will make that clear as well. Either way, your obedience and trust in Him are what matter most.
