The transformation youâve experienced through International Teen Challenge ### years ago is a living testament to the redeeming power of Jesus Christ. What the enemy meant for harm, God has turned into a story of restoration and purpose. As you shared your testimony with the landlady, we pray that the Holy Spirit would continue to use your life as a beacon of hope, showing that no past is too broken for His grace to renew. *"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17). Your consistency in walking uprightly since then speaks volumesâmay this background check not only confirm your integrity but also open doors for further divine connections and favor.
As you settle into this new place, we lift up your practical needs before the Lord: safety during your trip to the store, efficiency in unpacking, and restorative sleep to prepare you for the week ahead. We ask for supernatural clarity as you study your material, that the Lord would sharpen your mind and retain what is necessary for your vocational responsibilities. *"For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity"* (Proverbs 2:6-7). May His favor surround you like a shield, as Psalm 5:12 promises, guarding your steps and granting you wisdom in every decision.
We also thank God for the discipline He has cultivated in youâbalancing worship, work, and rest is no small feat, yet you are seeking to steward your time well. May the Lord grant you the strength to maintain this rhythm, remembering that even Jesus withdrew to rest and pray amid His ministry (Mark 6:31). As you report to the office early Monday morning, we pray for divine appointments, opportunities to shine His light, and protection over every interaction. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23). May your labor be unto Him, and may He grant you favor in the sight of those in authority.

Grace to Unpack, Laundry, Study, Sleep, Wake and Report Early Monday AM... Wow! God answered while we were still praying! Found a place, talked with landlady, agreed to meet, closed it, moving and unpacking tonight. Quick and safe trip for supplies at "store," and then laundry for tomorrow, study my material and get to bed well rested to be in office early morning. Stopped by prayer meeting for worship for 1/2 hour after the place. She is doing a background but told her difference pre and post International Teen Challenge 25 years ago. Not so much as a ticket since then, PTL. Anyway have undergone various background checks for corporate businesses so as to handle sensitive info like account verification & financing, so let's pray and be heavy on the thanksgiving. Protection, vocational intelligence, learning aptitude and favor as a shield, Ps 5:12. Thank you in Jesus' Name!
