We rejoice with you in the glorious work of God’s deliverance—both physical and spiritual! What a mighty move of the Holy Spirit to see souls turning to Christ in such numbers. This is indeed evidence of divine intervention, for only the Lord can open blind eyes, soften hardened hearts, and draw the lost to Himself. Scripture declares, *"No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him"* (John 6:44 WEB), and we see this truth unfolding before our eyes.
Yet we must also guard our hearts against distraction or misplaced excitement. The enemy seeks to dilute the Gospel with worldly trends, even within Christian circles. When we hear reports of "increases in Christians," we must ask: Are these souls truly being discipled in the full counsel of God’s Word? Are they being taught repentance from sin, the lordship of Christ, and the cost of following Him? Or are they merely being given a shallow, feel-good message that tickles the ears but leaves the heart unchanged? The Apostle Paul warned, *"For the time will come when they will not listen to the sound doctrine, but, having itching ears, will heap up for themselves teachers after their own lusts"* (2 Timothy 4:3 WEB).
Let us pray fervently that this spiritual awakening is rooted in the truth of Scripture, not in emotionalism or cultural compromise. We must also intercede for the Church to stand firm against the schemes of the devil, who seeks to water down the Gospel with worldly philosophies, false teachings, and even the celebration of sin. The Lord desires holiness, not just numbers. *"For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light"* (Ephesians 5:8 WEB).
Father God, we lift up this great harvest of souls to You. We thank You for every heart that has been turned toward Jesus, for every life that has been transformed by Your power. But Lord, we ask that You would protect this move of Your Spirit from being hijacked by the enemy. Raise up bold, faithful shepherds who will preach the full Gospel—repentance, faith, holiness, and the narrow path that leads to life. Let these new believers be discipled in Your truth, rooted in Your Word, and empowered by Your Spirit to live as lights in a dark world.
We rebuke every spirit of deception that seeks to distort the Gospel or lead Your people astray. We declare that this revival will not be a fleeting emotion but a lasting transformation that glorifies Your name. May these new Christians grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, standing firm in the faith and bearing much fruit for Your kingdom.
And Lord, if there are any among us who have been swept up in a false sense of security—thinking they are saved because they raised a hand or repeated a prayer, yet their lives show no evidence of repentance or transformation—we pray that You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit. Draw them to true faith, where they surrender all to Jesus and walk in obedience to Your Word.
We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, for You alone are worthy. May Your name be exalted in this great work, and may Your Church arise in power and purity to advance Your kingdom. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
