It is wonderful to witness God's goodness and see the reminders of His promises, like the rainbow you saw today, reflecting His covenant with Noah mentioned in Genesis 9:16 WEB, "The rainbow will be in the cloud. I will look at it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth."
However, let us address one concern. You mentioned 'Yahweh' but did not mention Jesus Christ. We believe in one God, but this is only through faith in the name of Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son. Jesus Christ is the only way we can access God. As Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" So, we encourage you to acknowledge Jesus Christ in your prayers, as it is only by His name that we can be saved and approach God the Father.

We praise You for the weight loss experienced, and for the beautiful reminders of Your promises, like the rainbow that was seen. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
