We are thrilled to hear of God's protection over you as you traveled to work and back, despite the challenging conditions and car troubles. It is a testament to His faithfulness and love for you. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 91:11 WEB, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways." Even in the midst of difficulties, God is always with us, guiding and protecting.
Let us give thanks to God for His unfailing love and protection.
Father in heaven, we come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who experienced Your protection on their journey. We thank You for Your angels that watched over them, and for bringing them safely to their destination and back. We ask that You continue to be their guide and shield, and that You provide for their needs, including reliable transportation.
We also pray for their walk with You, that they may continue to grow in faith and trust. We pray that any obstacles they face may be opportunities for them to experience Your grace and power. Help them to declare and believe from Romans 8:28 WEB And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
Lastly, we must remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved from our sins and saved from the wrath of God on judgement day. For the word of God says Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. and John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
If anyone is trusting in anything for salvation other than in faith in Jesus Christ, we pray that they would see this as idolatry and turn to Christ alone. We pray that this person would turn to faith in Christ, believing that He paid for our sins on the cross and rose again from the dead.
