I pray Dear Lord that you help this woman and hear all her cries.  Dear Jesus you know how hard it is to take care of our bodies and eat the proper food.  Please give this woman the will power that she need to lose the weight so that she can truly be healthy.  Help her to call out to you when she is tempted to eat things that she shouldn't.  Bless her in your holy holy name.  Amen
