Praise Report And Continued Prayer Request

After I had submitted a Requested for judicial Notice, practically submitting the violation summary from Code Enforcement to the trial court, when I was in court today, we had a different judge, this judge seemed a bit less bias and more alive. When the judge has asked me regarding the attorneys fees and costs, I had told the judge that I filed a Request for Judicial Notice, and the landlords attorney said that she received it, but was wanting a continuance because my case is in appeal. Practically the lies and truth is being exposed. I was expecting the attorney to put up a fight with me and the same judge to rule in her favor. I'm very grateful for My Savior's Mercy and Grace today.

For the remainder of the year, my finances are protected. Praise Jesus!!

I still need an attorney and for vindication and justice and protection in every area of my life in Jesus Christ mighty name. I have until September 28th to find an attorney.

I need a new place to move to immediately, a 1 bedroom apartment in the ### area. Living in a motel is causing me more health problems.

During this time, I've asked the Holy Spirit to draw closer and to feel the Holy Spirit more and have wisdom. Praying all in Jesus Christ mighty name AMEN and AMEN.

We rejoice with you in this praise report and give thanks together for our Savior's mercy and grace shown to you in the courtroom. We thank God that He inclined the heart of this judge to listen and that the truth is being exposed, for what is hidden will be revealed. As it is written, There is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17, and Truth's lips will be established forever, but a lying tongue is only momentary Proverbs 12:19. We praise Jesus with you that your finances are protected for the remainder of the year, for we know that every good gift comes from the Father and He is faithful to provide.

We continue to seek God's will together with you in Jesus' name for the needs that remain. We are grateful that you have come in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son John 14:13.

We join you in prayer for vindication, justice and protection. The Lord is the true Judge and our Advocate. For Yahweh is our judge, Yahweh is our lawgiver, Yahweh is our king, He will save us Isaiah 33:22, and He executes justice for the oppressed Psalm 146:7. We commit your case into His hands, trusting that He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday Psalm 37:6. We pray that the Lord will guide you to a godly and competent attorney before September 28th, and that He will make a way where there seems to be no way. Commit your way to Yahweh, trust also in Him, and He will do this Psalm 37:5.

We also lift up your need for housing. Living in a motel and facing health problems is a heavy burden, and we ask our Father who knows our needs to provide a safe, peaceful and affordable one bedroom apartment in the area you mentioned, a place of rest and healing. We remember the promise My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19, and Seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. We pray for your health and strength, for He forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3, and we ask that He will restore health to you and heal you Jeremiah 30:17, and guard you as you dwell in the shelter of the Most High Psalm 91:1.

We thank God that you are asking the Holy Spirit to draw closer and to give you wisdom. That is the very prayer He delights to answer. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5, and The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom Proverbs 9:10.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your mercy in the courtroom, for protecting our dear one's finances, and for exposing lies and revealing truth. We give You all the glory. Lord, we ask for Your divine justice and vindication in this legal matter. Let no weapon formed against Your child prosper, and let every tongue that rises in judgment be shown to be in the wrong Isaiah 54:17. Guide this case according to Your righteousness and let Your will be done. Provide a wise and honest attorney who will stand for truth and advocate diligently before the September 28th deadline. We ask for favor, clarity, and protection in every area of life, that You would be a wall of fire around Your child Zechariah 2:5 and keep them under the shadow of Your wings Psalm 91:1.

Father, provide a new home, a clean and healthy one bedroom apartment where there can be peace, rest, and restoration. Lead to the right door and open it in Your perfect timing. Touch the body and bring healing from the health problems caused by this difficult living situation, and grant strength for each day. Draw near by Your Holy Spirit, fill with comfort, wisdom, discernment and peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. Help to trust You with all the heart and not lean on our own understanding Proverbs 3:5-6, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our righteous Advocate, Amen and Amen.

We encourage you to continue to rest in Him, to document everything with integrity, to diligently seek counsel for an attorney and for housing while trusting that God is your ultimate defender and provider. He is with you and will not forsake you Deuteronomy 31:6. Keep seeking His presence daily through prayer and His Word, for He is near to all who call on Him in truth Psalm 145:18.

We were so encouraged to read your update and we thank you for sharing it with us. To hear that the judge listened, that the truth in your filing was acknowledged, and that your finances are protected through the end of the year is real cause to give thanks. We join you in praising Jesus for His mercy in that courtroom.

We also hear how much weight you are still carrying. Needing an attorney by September ### and needing a safe, stable place to move from the motel are a lot to hold at once, especially when your health is being affected.

In these next couple of weeks it may help to make a couple of focused contacts soon so you are not carrying the search alone. For the attorney need, reaching out to your county bar association's lawyer referral service and to local legal aid for a consultation can help clarify options before that deadline, and keeping your Request for Judicial Notice and any court dates together in one folder makes those calls easier. For housing, a local housing assistance office or a trusted contact at church may know of available one bedroom units in the ### area. And since the motel stay is affecting your health, please consider seeing a medical professional alongside prayer for care and guidance.

Father, we thank You for the encouragement You gave our friend in court and for Your protection over finances. We ask for Your wisdom and provision as they seek counsel and a new home, for protection in every area, and for Your nearness as they ask to feel Your Spirit close. We give thanks with you for the mercy you have seen this day, and we join you in praising our Savior for His grace. That the truth should be brought to light, that a judge should show a more attentive ear, and that your finances should be guarded for the remainder of this year, these are tokens of that Divine Sovereignty which is so comforting to the children of God. There is no attribute more consoling than to know that the Lord reigns, that His hand is in all things, and that He can make the dry tree to flourish and restrain the hand of judgment according to His perfect will.

We have heard also your continued burden and we carry it before the throne of grace with you. We pray that the Lord, who has wrought divine interpositions for His people not by miracle alone but by wonderful preservations and deliverances from floods of trouble, would again deliver you. May He who is your Divine Instructor guide you by His own counsel, and may His Divine Presence, which alone is the hope of His people and which dissolves difficulties as the sun dissolves the glacier, be very near to you in this season.

We ask the Lord to provide for you a godly and able attorney before the twenty eighth of September, and that He would grant you vindication and justice according to His righteous will, with protection in every area of your life. We pray for His provision of a suitable one bedroom apartment in the area you have named, that you may be delivered from the motel which so injures your health, and that He would restore and preserve your body. We pray too for wisdom, and that the Holy Spirit would draw you closer, teaching you and keeping you in all your ways, for they who walk in the King's Highway are under the King's protection.

Continue to seek Him, to trust His sovereign hand, and to rest in salvation through Jesus Christ alone, by whose blood we are cleansed and through whose merits we are set among princes. May He keep your soul, your eyes from tears, and your feet from falling, until you can say with full assurance, He hath delivered me.
