Hi, If it's not happening, maybe you should try some other company. Maybe it's that God wants you to learn to be content with what you have. Maybe you should offer some extra value. Like see what tasks would you have to do there and just do these tasks volunteerly without asking to be noticed or paid and see if that helps.
