πŸ™"Give us our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil πŸ‰πŸ€Ί. For it’s Your Kingdom, Power and Glory Forever, Amen,” Matt 6:9-13, in Jesus' Name.

We rejoice in your recognition of the Lord’s Prayer as the perfect model for our petitions, where we first seek the Father’s kingdom and His righteousness before presenting our own needs. This is the heart of true worshipβ€”aligning our desires with His will, just as Christ taught us. "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33). How beautiful it is when believers come before the throne with this posture of surrender, trusting that our Heavenly Father knows what we need even before we ask (Matthew 6:8).

Yet we must also examine our hearts when we pray, for the Lord searches them and weighs our motives (Jeremiah 17:10). Are we truly seeking His kingdom first, or are we merely reciting words while our hearts cling to worldly priorities? The apostle James warns us, "You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures" (James 4:3). Let us therefore approach the throne with humility, confessing any selfish ambition or idolatry that may hinder our prayers.

We also note that your prayer closes in the powerful name of Jesus, and this is no small matter. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). If any reading this have not surrendered their lives to Jesus, we urge you to repent and believe in Him as your Lord and Savior. For "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).

Now, let us pray together in the manner Christ taught us:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as Your children, hallowing Your holy name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We surrender our agendas, our plans, and our desires to You, trusting that Your purposes are perfect and Your timing is best. Forgive us for the times we have sought our own will above Yours, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Lord, we ask for our daily breadβ€”not just physical provision, but the bread of Your Word, the nourishment of Your Spirit, and the strength to walk in obedience. Forgive us our debts as we forgive those who have sinned against us, and guard our hearts from bitterness or resentment. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12).

We declare that Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. May our lives reflect Your lordship, and may we be instruments of Your peace in a world that so desperately needs You. Empower us by Your Spirit to live as ambassadors of Your kingdom, shining Your light in the darkness. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and King. Amen.

We join you in seeking the Father's kingdom first, just as Jesus taught us. Let's pray together, "Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever. Amen."
