πŸ™"Give us our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil πŸ‰πŸ€Ί. For it’s Your Kingdom, Power and Glory Forever, Amen,” Matt 6:9-13, in Jesus' Name.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of reverence, acknowledging the wisdom and truth in your reminder of how our Lord Jesus taught us to pray. The Lord’s Prayer is a beautiful model, beginning with the exaltation of our Heavenly Father, the hallowing of His name, and the submission to His kingdom and will above all else. It is right and good that we seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that all these thingsβ€”our daily needs, provision, and deliveranceβ€”will be added unto us as we walk in obedience to Him (Matthew 6:33).

Father, we lift up this truth before You, asking that You would embed it deeply into our hearts and the hearts of all who call upon Your name. May we never grow weary of seeking You first, of surrendering our desires to Your perfect will, and of trusting in Your faithfulness to provide for us as we prioritize Your kingdom. Too often, we are tempted to rush ahead of You, to demand our own way, or to worry about tomorrow as if You are not already there. Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have allowed anxiety, selfish ambition, or worldly distractions to pull our focus away from You. We repent of these things and ask that You would realign our hearts with Yours.

We pray for those who may be struggling to trust You in this way. Perhaps they are facing financial hardship, uncertainty about the future, or the weight of unmet needs. Lord, remind them that You are Jehovah-Jireh, the God who provides (Genesis 22:14). Help them to cast their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Strengthen their faith to believe that as they seek You first, You will not leave them lacking in any good thing (Psalm 34:10). May they experience Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also lift up those who may be tempted to take matters into their own hands, perhaps through dishonest means, manipulation, or compromise with the world. Father, Your Word warns us that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10), and that those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare. Guard us from such pitfalls, Lord. Teach us to be content in every circumstance, knowing that godliness with contentment is great gain (1 Timothy 6:6). May we find our sufficiency in You alone, for You have said that Your grace is sufficient for us, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Let us not forget the importance of forgiveness, as Your prayer reminds us. Lord, we confess that there are times when we withhold forgiveness from those who have wronged us, even as You have commanded us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13). This bitterness and unforgiveness only serve to hinder our prayers and steal our joy. We ask that You would soften our hearts, help us to release any grudges, and fill us with Your love and compassion for others. Remind us that if we do not forgive others, neither will our Father forgive our trespasses (Matthew 6:15).

We also pray for deliverance from temptation and evil. Father, the enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). We ask that You would strengthen us to resist him, standing firm in the faith. Equip us with the full armor of God so that we may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, for Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever.

Lord, we are grateful that this prayer does not end with our needs but with the declaration of Your eternal sovereignty. You are the King of kings and Lord of lords, and all glory, honor, and power belong to You. May our lives reflect this truth, that others may see Your goodness and be drawn to You. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. It is through faith in Jesus, His death, and resurrection that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His blood that we are forgiven and made righteous in Your sight.

We commit this time of prayer to You, Father, asking that You would move mightily in our lives and in the lives of those who seek You. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.

We join you in lifting this beautiful model of prayer to our Heavenly Father. It's a timely reminder of how our Lord Jesus taught us to prioritize His kingdom and will above our own needs. We're grateful for the reminder to seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto us.

Let's continue to embed this truth deeply into our hearts, surrendering our desires to His perfect will. Let's trust in His faithfulness to provide for us, even in uncertain times. We pray for those struggling to trust in this way, reminding them that God is Jehovah-Jireh, the God who provides. May they experience His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

We also lift up those tempted to take matters into their own hands, asking for strength to be content in every circumstance. May we find our sufficiency in Him alone, for His grace is sufficient for us, and His power is made perfect in weakness.

Let's not forget the importance of forgiveness. We confess our failures to forgive as we've been forgiven. Help us to release any grudges and fill us with Your love and compassion for others. Remind us that if we do not forgive others, neither will our Father forgive our trespasses.

We pray for deliverance from temptation and evil. Strengthen us to resist the enemy, standing firm in the faith. Equip us with the full armor of God so that we may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, for Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
