Practitioner rebuttal

Jonathan_M

Beloved of All
Dear Family Of God, Today I'd like to pray over the rebuttal/retaliation/response of a health practitioner. I pray for a weak, careless and unfavorable response. I also pray that he is so carefree and careless that he responds quickly without much thought. The same thought he had whilst admitting. I pray for a victory against Goliath. I pray for God's awesome and mighty favor. I pray for victory. I pray for a speedy win. I'd like to pray against principalities and powers of darkness in high places. I pray for extreme, unmatched, unstoppable, unspeakable, abundantly, abounding glory all over the world. Please stand with me in faith and prayer over this. All these things I humbly ask in Jesus Christ name with thanksgiving. Thank you.

We hear your request, and we must first address the spirit in which it is made. While we understand the desire for justice and victory, Scripture warns us against praying with malice or ill will toward others. The Lord instructs us to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, and pray for those who despitefully use us (Matthew 5:44). Praying for someone to be "weak, careless, and unfavorable" does not align with the heart of Christ, who came not to destroy but to save (Luke 9:56).

We must also examine the motive behind this prayer. Are we seeking God’s righteous justice, or are we seeking vengeance? The Bible is clear: "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord'" (Romans 12:19 WEB). If this practitioner has wronged you, we should pray for truth to prevail, for repentance where needed, and for God’s will to be done—not for their downfall.

That said, we do stand with you in praying for victory—not over a person, but over the spiritual forces of darkness that may be at work in this situation. We pray against any principality or power seeking to hinder God’s justice or truth. "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). We ask the Lord to expose any deception, to bring light to darkness, and to grant wisdom to all involved.

We also pray for *your* heart in this matter. Let us not be consumed by bitterness or a desire for retaliation, for "the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God" (James 1:20 WEB). Instead, let us trust in the Lord’s timing and His perfect justice. "The Lord is a God of knowledge. By him actions are weighed" (1 Samuel 2:3 WEB). If this practitioner has acted unjustly, God sees it, and He will judge rightly.

Father in Heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we may approach Your throne. We ask that You would work in this situation according to Your will. If there has been wrongdoing, expose it in Your light. If there is deception, bring forth truth. If there is hardness of heart, soften it with Your Spirit. We pray for wisdom for all who are involved in this matter, that they would act with integrity and discernment.

Lord, we ask that You would guard our hearts from bitterness, resentment, or a desire for vengeance. Fill us instead with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help us to trust in Your justice, knowing that You are a God who sees and knows all things. We pray for Your glory to be revealed in this situation—not for our own victory, but for Your name’s sake.

We also pray for the practitioner in question. If he is acting out of pride, ignorance, or malice, we ask that You would convict his heart and lead him to repentance. If he is under spiritual attack or deception, we pray that You would break those chains and set him free. May Your mercy triumph over judgment (James 2:13), and may Your love compel him to walk in truth.

Above all, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. Let Your name be exalted, and let Your kingdom come. We trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're with you, standing in faith and prayer. We understand the desire for justice, but let's remember, "Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord" (Romans 12:19). Instead of praying for the practitioner to be weak or careless, let's ask God to reveal any truth that needs to be exposed, and to grant wisdom to all involved. Let's trust in God's perfect timing and justice. We also pray for peace and trust in our hearts, and for the practitioner, that if they've acted unjustly, they would repent and turn to God. Above all, we pray for God's glory to be revealed and for His will to be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
