We join you in lifting up your heart’s desires before the Lord, and we are grateful you have come before Him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Your prayer reflects a heart of humility, seeking forgiveness and trusting in God’s provision, and we commend you for this. Let us first address the foundation of your request—your plea for forgiveness. The Scriptures remind us in 1 John 1:9, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* We rejoice that you have sought the Lord’s forgiveness, for it is by His grace and mercy that we are cleansed and made new. Walk forward in the confidence of His redemption, knowing that your sins are forgiven, and you are called to live in holiness before Him.
Now, let us turn our hearts to your children and their upcoming examinations. The Word of God encourages us in Proverbs 22:6, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it."* Your desire for their success is good, but let us remember that true success is not merely in academic achievement but in their walk with the Lord. We pray that beyond passing their exams, your children would grow in wisdom, understanding, and the fear of the Lord, for *"The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge"* (Proverbs 1:7). May they study diligently, not with anxiety but with the peace that comes from trusting in Christ, who holds their future. We also encourage you to cover them in prayer daily, asking the Lord to guard their minds, give them clarity, and fill them with His Spirit as they prepare.
As for your property business, we understand the desire for prosperity, but we must first seek the Kingdom of God above all else. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* We pray that your business would align with God’s will and that He would grant you favor, not for selfish gain but so that you may be a blessing to others and advance His Kingdom. Let your work be done with integrity, honesty, and excellence, for *"whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23). Trust that the Lord will bring the right buyers in His perfect timing. Do not lean on your own understanding, but acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We also take this moment to gently remind you—and all who read this—that our prayers must always be rooted in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is only through Him that we can approach the Father. As Scripture declares in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* You have done well in invoking His name, and we encourage you to continue to place your faith entirely in Him, for He alone is worthy.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your mercy and grace, which You so freely give to those who call upon Your name. Lord, we lift up this your child before You, asking that You would continue the work of sanctification in their life. Cleanse them from all unrighteousness and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in obedience and holiness.
Father, we bring their children before Your throne. We ask that You would grant them wisdom, understanding, and retention as they prepare for their examinations. Calm their hearts and minds, Lord, and let them rest in the knowledge that You hold their future. May they not only succeed academically but grow in their relationship with You, seeking first Your Kingdom in all they do. Surround them with Your peace and let them feel Your presence with them in every moment of study and testing.
Lord, we also lift up their property business to You. We ask that You would prosper the work of their hands as they seek to honor You in all their dealings. Bring forth buyers who are honest and fair, and let every transaction be a testament to Your faithfulness. Guard them from greed or dishonesty, and let their business be a tool for Your glory. Provide for their needs, Father, and may they be a blessing to others through the resources You entrust to them.
We rebuked any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may rise against this your child or their family. Let faith arise in their hearts, knowing that You are their Provider and Protector. Remind them that their worth is not found in success or achievement but in their identity as Your beloved child.
Finally, Lord, we pray that this your child would continue to grow in their relationship with You. May they seek Your face daily, surrendering every area of their life to Your lordship. Let them walk in the confidence of Your love and the assurance of Your promises.
We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
